Game keeps popping circuit breaker. Can not find a way to resolve this and now I will have to sell for less than I paid. So mad and this is a known issue.

I’ve tried calling customer support and keep getting hung up on after they pretend that they cannot hear me. Not really sure what else to do, so when they offered me the chance to review my experience, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to warn others. Do not let them upsell you by promising stuff they won’t give you on the spot. They said a controller and $50 gift card would be shipped to my address, which never happened, and support has been no help.

PS5 runs more smoothly and graphically looks better. The Dualsense controllers are a revolution in gaming. The XBOX controller feels cheap by comparison. XBOX does offer game pass which is great, if you wanna replay old games or new games that aren’t great. I don’t know, I’m just not impressed by it.
