works great took me two years to get one. order this online and got curbside pick up 1 hour and a half. Storage is an issue but can be bought to add to the series x.

If only i was able to get the halo one. But i love this guy here. Especially with the game pass this thing is the best. Playing high on life and it looks so crisp

Fast and powerful gaming system. Backwards compatibility with older games a plus. Played Microsoft flight simulator and ran great. Looking forward to other titles.

Very quiet, fast, and great video quality. Would recommend for if you want to see the highest quality of video output and the flexibility to buy video games disks.

As much as this cost and the tech in it its disappointing...I turn it on, open a game and it turns off. This problem happens repeatedly. About to return it and get my money back!

On the website, it included two free games, but I didn’t get it.

It worked great at first but then it started cutting off outta nowhere . Also my HDMI port is broken for some reason so now o can’t get the picture to display on my screen.

Man of the house loves it! Keeps him playing 2K basketball most evenings! Love that you can also play movies on it if ya can't find anything to stream online!

Brought a Series X from this company and went to go pick it up in store. In store pickup was a fast process.I got home and downloaded games to it and would notice the downloads constantly stopping to where I had to manually press resume a couple of times for it to complete a download. That should have been my red flag right there but I didn’t think much of it. I had the system for exactly 15 days and on the 15th day I tried to turn the system on and it would cut on for 5 seconds and then shut down, everytime. I did all of Microsoft’s solutions nothing worked. I even YouTube’d this problem and someone on YouTube has the same exact issue and it’s no coincidence they also brought they’re Xbox from Best Buy. Long story short I returned the system to Best Buy on the last day of their “15 day return policy” (which should be 30 day not 15)and ordered it straight from Microsoft. Off the bat the download issue that I had on Best Buy’s system did not occur on Microsoft’s system. I’m not sure if Best Buy is selling defective consoles to consumers or the system was damaged due to shipping. I’ll continue to shop with Best Buy for anything else except gaming consoles.

Ive been blown away at how amazing this is. Graphics are incredible and game pass is a knockout. What a tremendous system! I really don't have any critiques.

On the fence for a while about buying the new Xbox series x. The new system is muck faster as stated and Best Buy really made the purchasing experience great.

I was pretty excited to buy one of these due to good things I kept hearing about “Game Pass”, but ultimately, 99% of the games on Game Pass are very old multiplatform games that are also available on PlayStation and other platforms. The only good high profile game on Xbox Series X is Forza Horizon 5, which you could also buy on PC. The user interface and operating system aren’t anywhere near as smooth as PlayStation 5’s. Everything is needlessly scattered and obscured, some things don’t load at all when you press A on them, the buttons on the Xbox controller are often unresponsive so you have to end up pressing them multiple times. The buttons also make a very loud clicking sound, it sounds like an old keyboard. The interface actually feels like a choppy web browser. It feels very slow. Then there’s the issue with horribly designed hardware and software. The console will randomly shut down on you for no reason, and it looks like part of the reason is that things take too long to load, which makes the console think there’s a problem, so it automatically restarts or crashes. There are no real exclusives to buy on the console. Build a PC and buy a PlayStation 5. It’s the best combo, Xbox doesn’t have its’ own games.

This console is definitely worth purchasing. Game pass alone makes this an intriguing buy. It’s also super quiet, fast, and quick resume is a fantastic feature.

so i bought the xbox series x and the 2 year game pass ultimate bundle i went to store to pick it up they they only gave me the xbox manager told me i would receive the 2 year game pass as soon in a few hours in a email 14 hours later nothing how am i supposed to play online please tell me the xbox is useless without online going to return it in the morning after waiting almost a year for a xbox series x this sucks thanks for nothing best buy

My experience is based on customer service. I ordered multiple items on Nov22 and all but one arrived the Xbox X. It was sent by FedEx and it was misplaced in their warehouse. It took from the 27th until Dec5 for FedEx to investigate and deemed lost. FedEx called me and gave me the news and told me to contact BestBuy with that information. I did so and have contacted BestBuy throughout and waiting to see if they would make things right quickly. Unfortunately I was told they have to finish their investigation now and it would not be concluded until 7-10days. I don’t blame BestBuy for losing the package but I expected another to be shipped immediately after FedEx concluded it was lost and only the shipper can recover replacement cost. So I sit here still without the Xbox waiting

Good but it great system. Does not have the library PS5 has but definitely easier to obtain ergo the reason I have it. Overall, looks decent and is fast.

I bought this for my son. He really enjoys the overall performance of the console. He said everything seems to move a little faster than his previous Xbox.

My controller stopped working within a month of purchase. Went to the store I purchased it from with little success. Called geek squad customer support also with no success. Overall disappointing considering how much money it cost.

The system is great, when it works. The system crashes when playing certain games, Microsoft seems to be ignoring the issue blaming it on ventilation or the power supply. I've sent it in to microsoft for repair or replacement. It was released in November. Couldn't return it to best buy because they don't have have any in stock.
