This product has not been delivered and the tracking is not working. I have called customer service twice with assurance of an email to cancel or credit and rebuy. I have received nothing nor can I see if or when the item will be delivered. Frustrated!!!

Games freeze in the middle of playing them. Get stuck in black screens with no way of escaping them except doing a hard restart. You would think that after 8 years of developing a console they would have fixed everything that was wrong with the last one. But they just changed the shape and gave you few more pixels. If all my friends werent on this platform already, I would return this and buy a PS5.

Best Buy wouldn’t return, exchange or replace it since it was 4 days past their 30 day warranty window, and we are now hoping Microsoft will help since Best Buy would not. So disappointed in this product and in Best Buy’s service.
