I used the physical disks and one of them got ruined by the xbox. Also, the digital games sometimes take forever to download and they take up massive amounts of space.

They shipped out for repair instead of in store replacement then the repair exceeds the limit of the warranty coverage so they said Microsoft sent them a replacement with no ETA. Last time buying Tech in Best buy

Literally would not turn on, tried different cables, called Best buy they said to call Microsoft, Microsoft said to send it and they would fix it for 300 dollars...I was so psyched to have finally got one...reminds me of the red rings of death days.
