We're sorry that you're experiencing an issue with your new Xbox Series X. Activision Support has reported a known issue in which players are experiencing crashes while playing Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War in 4K on Xbox Series X. They shipped out for repair instead of in store replacement then the repair exceeds the limit of the warranty coverage so they said Microsoft sent them a replacement with no ETA. Last time buying Tech in Best buy

Have read alot of people are having the same problem. Not getting much help from Best Buy. I’m sure not all of them have this problem,but,not cool being one of the ones that does. Would probably still recommend, because it is smoother/faster,but, 50/50 if you have problems.
