    Best Buy canceled my trade-in without ever notifying me or explaining why. I was expecting the value of the trade-in to off set the purchase price. Instead, this came off as a bait-and-switch. After I used their trade-in interface to value my old console and was quoted a price for same, I opted for the trade-in purchase and bought the new console. Only after I completed the purchase did Best Buy then back out of the trade-in (without ever notifying me).

    Couldnt get my hands on a PS5 so got this to game. Teturned it because i wasnt satisfied. Its great if you prefer xbox over PS but i gave it one star because im not a fan.

  • Major Video Issues w LG Televisions Go Unsolved

    Has major issues with LG Televisions. Constantly dropping picture in middle of multiple video apps (Amazon Prime, Youtube, Youtube TV, HBO Max, Blu-Ray disc player). Issues differ and rotate. Sometimes "invalid format," sometimes just snowy screen, other times defaults to art pictures, sometimes gives "kaleidoscope" rainbow picture effects. Has been known issue for at least 6 months, no fix offered. Games appear unaffected, but I use this as all-in-one for TV/Blu-Ray and have tried cheapest and most expensive cables, never resolved. This is with LG C1 65" TV brand new. Did not have issue with older Vizio, but got C1 to handle 4K 120hz. Achieves these video settings when working but often just blips out while you sit there. :(
