Not enough games, where are the games!!! Had gamepass for a month and played only 3rd party titles!!!

This Xbox doesn’t work so I haven’t had a chance to review it I am going to try and exchange it for a different one hopefully it works.

Started out really fast and smooth operating. Now it's gotten a little buggy. The controller has connection problems almost constantly but the graphics and gameplay are what you would expect.

Seems to be a step up from the Xbox One X. The native titles are lacking, but the upgrades to other older games are a nice addition where given. Controller eats batteries.

the design is perfect for my Livingroom without looking like a game system. Faster smother graphics... downloading for initial use and transfer speed was phenomenal

Don't bother buying this paper weight. We bought two of them. The controllers constantly disconnect. We've tried updating everything. We've made sure there was no interference. Tried other controllers, etc. It's possessed! Not even usable half of the time and forget trying to play multiplayer online because you can't compete head to head when your controller cycles its connection.

Cool console but controller constantly disconnects and shuts off. Had to ask for a replacement. Still waiting on confirmation. Never had this issue on the other console.

Great system, just wasn’t aware I wouldn’t be able to play Marvel’s Spider-Man 2..

For some reason it kept turning off every time it would lose connection to the Internet

If I was only reviewing the system, it would be a 3. Due to the atrocious quality of the controller, I am knocking it down a point. Ive had 2 break on me within weeks of purchasing.

Great at first, but console crashes regularly on games like Madden and Call of Duty

We haven’t opened it yet. Were so shocked to get one - didn’t get a chance to buy the coverage. Wish there was an easier way to add it - without bringing it back to the store. We’ll rate it once we get the coverage finally added.

My XSX came dead on arrival. Had to ship to Microsoft Support to get it fixed/replaced. Extremely disappointed, because now I burned my 1 year manufacturer warranty on a supposed new XSX. I would've returned it to Best Buy, for a replacement but my local BB don't have XSX in stock.

We attempted to exchange this gaming system because it wasn’t working properly. We were told they would only replace it was an Xbox S due to limited stock available for the Xbox X. We had to contact Xbox and have it repaired ourselves. Best Buy has really let their customers down. We tried to find this product in November and it was out of stock in our entire state! Finally found this me in December and it needed repairs even though it was a new system.

Bought it two times. First one was freezing on a regular basis. Second machine didn't have this problem, but its disc drive was making terrible rattling noise when disc was inside.

Unfortunately after a few weeks our device stopped working. We had to send back to Microsoft to be repaired. Very disappointing for such an expensive item.

I love playing video games but i bought a ps5, 4 to 5 months beforehand and i really dont play the xbox

Really frustrating that when your controller batteries die you have to turn off the console to make the controller connect again.. also won’t run NBA 2K next gen without the console overheating and turning itself off.

Ps5 is still better but I do like it!! Graphics seem a little better and maybe it’s a little faster but not noticeable enough to make a difference
