    HDMI port went out

    I am sure this is not normal, but the HDMI port went out within days of its first use. Bought 2 at the same time and the other one is just fine.

    It was a great console for 2 months, then it died. Best Buy is no help, they just tell you to contact Microsoft.

    Had it for 2 weeks and I am having to send it into Microsoft/ XBox to get it fixed. It will not download games/glitching all the time when playing/freezes up. Lot of money for two weeks of playtime and now I have to send it in for Microsoft to fix Would not recommend.

    Console was defective. It was shutting down randomly during a game. After the 20th time I had enough and decided to return it.

    While the idea of Xbox All Access is awesome it is horribly and very poorly executed picking up my new Series X from best buy was no problem but lord help you when you go try and pay on your loan for your system whatever company it is that Microsoft contracted with makes it near impossible to pay your bill unless you set up Auto Pay

    The Xbox will not run 4K at 120Hz. It continually disconnects the controller but when I turn off 4K and 120Hz the issue goes away. Both Best Buy and Microsoft have told me its my own issue to desl with, which is completly making the point of buying the X over the S irrelivant. JUST BUY THE S AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!

    Order process and pickup went through smooth under Best Buy’s. Unfortunately, the system bricked 1 hour into game play after 6 hours of data download.

    Controller disconnects

    Purchased the Xbox Series X with the Game Pass because it was the only way to purchase one. The Controller kept disconnecting. Took it back to BB and they said buy another Controller because they couldn’t exchange it due to not have a replacement. Bought another Controller and it did the same thing. I never activated the Game Pass and was out the cost. Received a refund for the Xbox and Warranty.

    No Signal from HDMI out of xbox. Completed all troubleshooting steps given by Microsoft support including driving an hour back to bestbuy a 2nd time to buy a tv. Never even got to set up the xbox, video never worked. Bestbuy referred me to dotcom, dotcom said return to bestbuy and they can order a new one to be shipped to me. Bestbuy took return and said they cant order another xbox for me. So now im stuck with games/tv/headset with no xbox and no idea when I could get one.

    This is an honest review. After about a total of 8 hours over the the courses of a week. Speaking to multiple different teams of people and shipping companies to still result in a failure of customer satisfaction and order fulfillment. Unfortunately, I would no recommend Best Buy for anyone’s consumer needs

    I was finally able to enjoy my purchase after receiving it from Target. My experience ordering delivery from Best Buy is one I never want to go through again. I will never order from Best Buy again.

    I got the xbox today and it doesn't work. I want another when I return it. I have waited for 4 weeks, so once I got home I started to update and it won't update. I expect another xbox series x.

    Returned it today before I got stuck with it. Barely any games. They are all terrible. Xbox is super glitchy and simple things that should be addressed, are not getting addressed. I’ll go back to having no game system. Not to mention, is advertised as 1TB and you immediately lose 200GB due to system. I will NOT stand for that.
