New Product - Didn't work

So this Christmas present didn't go over well but if he gets it back quickly, he will be happy.

Can’t play any of the 360 games. Only some of the x-1 games work. Waited 2 years to be disappointed. I wish Apple would launch a gaming platform.

Waste of money

And turns off randomly. I purchase these on December, played it once or twice boom doesn’t work no more. Had to switch back to the Xbox one S to keep playing.

If you get the Ultimate 24 month deal the employees will lie to about when you will get a supposed code in your email and further contacting there is no code. Best Buy employees are straight trash

Takes forever to start playing

Between reboots, checking for updates, updates, offline/online... it takes too long to start playing a game. I want to turn it on and start playing where I left off - doesn't happen
