When playing multiplayer live it will kick you off while playing and send you back to the home page. We have done all of the recommended resets and even swapped out one of the consoles. There is no help through Microsoft so it’s pretty much useless to play live with friends. Disappointed. Best Buy has been top notch. As far as the product …hot garbage!

Had to send the unit to Microsoft, customer service support stated it was a software flaw. Sending a new unit.
