Disappointed

Controllers won’t stay connected and randomly disconnect causing sound loss as well. Spent 500 bucks so I could send it in to Microsoft and wait 3 more weeks to get another. Was told I could pay extra to get “expedited” shipping in 10 business days

Very disappointed, I love Best Buy and everything I get from them is great except this time.

Poor service

First I was told my item was delayed, then told it was delivered (I was even given a tracking number showing it was delivered and who signed for it.) Definitely ridiculous and will not recommend to anyone.

New Product - Didn't work

So this Christmas present didn't go over well but if he gets it back quickly, he will be happy.
