The Xbox Series X has been one of the best consoles I've ever purchased. It has great performance, great controller, and is just a solid product. Have had no issues with the system in the 4+ years I've owned it.

I've had every generation of Xbox and I was able to trade my Xbox one x in at best buy for $200 and then use that towards buying the new console. I adore how fast everything loads and it is an extremely quiet machine like my Xbox one x before. Game Pass is also the killer feature here where for the price of 3 new games a year I get over 200 games so I haven't needed to pay for new games in awhile. This part is completely subjective but the Xbox fits in with my home media setup so well and doesn't stand out like the PS5 would.

So far so good. The fastest Xbox I own. Game play has been seamless. Enjoy the backwards compatibility.

Great graphics, good thermal management, and easy to travel with when you have a travelling case compared to the bulky PlayStation.

Ordered on line and picked up in store. Everything went smoothly. Xbox performance is what I expected. Thus far, no problems or issues.

Really enjoy the series x. And game pass is a great deal. Highly recommend. Only problem is i can't stop playing

Incredible! Performance on this thing is next gen, as to be expected. The chassis is sleek and blends in well to an existing A/V setup. Game Pass elevates the experience to the next level. My precious 4K Blu-rays look incredible on this thing. My only gripe would be that the controller wasn't updated at all and isn't really competitive with Sony's offering, but if we are comparing them that way, then with Game Pass and Bethesda exclusives, I see this thing blowing the PS5 out of the water over time.

During the pandemic, I had bought one of these at my local BestBuy stores after news on my email of a restock occuring same day. I rushed and to my luck there was a couple left in stock. I bring it home and plug it in to my 60" TV that supports 120 fps and there is love at first sight. From the graphics to the supporting system, SSD card space, storage & games they offer compared to the PS5 is unmatchable. If you want a great console, come to bestbuy and get one for yourself You will not regret it, Al

Everything is great except for storage space. 1TB fills up very quickly when new games are as large as 150Gb plus. The fact you cannot play games from a standard external drive is a small bummer. Expansion cards are available but hey are quite spendy. Everything else about the system is great. Fast load times, excellent performance.

Enjoying this system after my Xbox one s finally died after being bought when it was first released hoping for the same longevity with the new system.

Great console! Bought over the holidays to play with friends. The 1 TB is nice for people who prefer downloading games from the microsoft store. Would recommend getting an Elite Series 2 controller to pair with the console for those who play more competitively.

Have had no issues so far. Compared to the one this console runs like butter. Apps and games load right away and streaming quality is consistant. Now i need a tv that can run the 120fps. Wish the storage capacity was a little bigger as games these days take up much more storage

Its an xbox do i need to say much more.... But best buy was easy to purchase and pick up

I have now had each of the Xbox consoles to date and this feels like a leap forward. the speed of loads and operation, the quiet operation, and the upgraded 4k picture make this a leap forward. I only wish with the size of all the titles coming out, that the storage capacity was larger

I had some issues converting from my xbox one, but once that was all set, I couldn't be happier. Eye-popping clarity, seamless operation, blisteringly fast load times, and it doesn't freeze up like the old system did (frequently). This is the way games are meant to be played.

I couldn't find an Xbox Series X anywhere until Best Buy introduced this option to purchase with ultimate game pass. The kids love it and are able to select from many games to play. I make payments as if i was joined to a monthly subscriptions service. This meant that i didnt have to pay the total cost of the console all at once. I got rid of the Xbox Series S, because I could not enjoy watching Bluray movies conveniently.

I love this console with all of my being. Xbox Game Pass is also an untouchable service! I think people also do not understand that with Xbox Game Pass you also get access to EA Play which, in my eyes, is the best gaming subscription in history. This console is truly a next-generation console and has never disappointed me in the year that I have had it. The Xbox Series X is a true gem and I hope you all get the chance to buy one in the near future!

I was a longtime PlayStation fan. Decided to jump to xbox and im really enjoying it so far. For me it's all about getting into GamePass and the ability to use old, used xbox games that I either missed or haven't played in years. The BluRay/DVD is honestly a nixe feature since I still have a number of movies on disc.
