If you get the Ultimate 24 month deal the employees will lie to about when you will get a supposed code in your email and further contacting there is no code. Best Buy employees are straight trash

We're sorry that you're experiencing an issue with your new Xbox Series X. If your Xbox Series X is overheating, we recommend making sure that it's placed in a well-ventilated spot with 4-6 inches of clearance around it and that its vents are unobstructed.
In addition, Activision Support has reported a known issue in which players are experiencing crashes while playing Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War in 4K on Xbox Series X.
