Bought one originally Dec 2020. It has been awesome with no issues. Ordered a second one because we are putting the originally in our airbnb.

Bought new, xbox was pristine out of box. Staff was friendly and helpful, got my pick up order out to me quickly.

Yea ill buy another one when the price goes back down to 500$ keep me updated .

I am really loving this Xbox series X. I was thrilled to find it in store and the sales person was amazing. I would definitely recommend buying this Xbox series x and from Best Buy!!!!

The shipping was handled with great care. Xbox works great just as you would expect. So much faster than old-gen! Very impressed :)

Purchased this as a gift for a friends son . despite being told it was open box excellent condition with all items need to play, it was not. I gave it to the person I brought it for to find out it was not as advertised it was missing the HDMI cable and controller. I was then lied to buy customer support about returning to the local store with id and receipt for the missing items . Upon going into the store I was informed that had no such policy. I would have to get the Xbox back for the person I gifted it to and return it too pay the difference to get a new one instead of the open box excellent one I purched. Over all between time, gas, and missing items what I was told I was buying was not worth it. It cost a additional 120.00 over the price of a new one . This was a huge lesson learned thanks to Best Buy and I will not make the mistake again

Love the new Xbox series X! Very powerful and graphics are phenomenal. Haven’t had any issues since purchasing it! The only issue is the storage.

I liked the Xbox because it was a good birthday  gift and it run smooth and I run fast than anything fast download. I would recommend. 

I made a good choice in choosing the Xbox and pick up at Best Buy was easy

The only problem with buying this is now I have to get a new tv to get the full visual experience!

I was so amazed with my sales guy. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name (he goes by 2 initials). He was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I haven’t given this gift to my grandson yet but am sure he will be surprised and amazed.

My son loves his xbox! He can't wait to come home and play after school. It works well and has been perfect since the day we got it.

its a modern console in that its slower than a PC. It gets VERY hot, and at 3 years old is starting to show some serious problems in a lot of games. Xbox needs a new console but instead they are planning a refresh of this old slow AMD console. At least it isnt a PS5.
