I gave it to the person I brought it for to find out it was not as advertised it was missing the HDMI cable and controller. I was then lied to buy customer support about returning to the local store with id and receipt for the missing items . Upon going into the store I was informed that had no such policy. I would have to get the Xbox back for the person I gifted it to and return it too pay the difference to get a new one instead of the open box excellent one I purched. Over all between time, gas, and missing items what I was told I was buying was not worth it. It cost a additional 120.00 over the price of a new one . This was a huge lesson learned thanks to Best Buy and I will not make the mistake again

He was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I haven’t given this gift to my grandson yet but am sure he will be surprised and amazed.

It gets VERY hot, and at 3 years old is starting to show some serious problems in a lot of games. Xbox needs a new console but instead they are planning a refresh of this old slow AMD console. At least it isnt a PS5.

Unfortunately this will ruin the future of gaming for gamers like me that prefer to buy and hold onto the games I buy. Funny, if you think about it but the Xbox Game Pass is really nore more than a Rental Fee. Think about it! Take care all.
