The Xbox series x is garbage don't waste your money mine has been in for repair nine times and it's still broken it overheats it shuts off by itself in the middle of a game. It's just junk. I use it for a heater in the bedroom warms the whole room

What happened to the days of putting in a game disc and simply playing a game? 9+ hours to download a game after you’ve spent hundreds on the console itself, $20/month on a game pass, $30+ per game and you can’t even play it right away. Im sure this console can be great if you have reliable internet, but if not… don’t waste your money. Very disappointing and very complicated. Xbox 360 days were the peak of gaming no doubt

Great system but not up to par with ps5. Wish they had more exlcusive for the console.

Series s is better for the average user, and is easier to store.

It feels like an xbox one 1.5. it's ok but it just feels like it's a new version of an xbox one. Wished I would have waited a year or two for some actual good games to come out on it. I've spent all my time playing my ps5.

Wish i could Purchase one but seem to never want to stock them when there all in your wear house thanks to one of your were house associate telling me they look at them all day but never move

Havent even had the xbox for 3 months and its already acting up. It keeps shutting off in the middle of games, and does it at least 10 times a day. Ive hard reset it multiple times because thats what microsoft suggested and the issue is still there. You can click a program from the homescreen mutiple times and the xbox wont do anything and will eventually crash. It crashes every time you try to play anything. I only play 3/4 times a week at 3 hours a times. So i know its not being held under extreme circumstances.

After about a year it started overheating and broke. No help or support could fix it. The console wasn’t worth it

This product is overpriced, unentertaining, and technically outdated.

The controller ruins this console. Thumbstick drift brand new out of the box. I got around to testing it on PC and it's so bad the drift is constantly pulling the stick up somehow. I bought another controller, same thing. I have a total of 6 controllers now and all of them have major issues. I cannot find a working controller offered by Microsoft. This makes the console unplayable! How hard is it to make a working controller that will last longer than a month?

Once you purchase you only have 14days to return. My controller doesn’t work and Best Buy said they can’t do anything for me. But I have to battle with Microsoft to see if they’ll return it I had my brand new Xbox for 3weeks. So be careful!

Turned this on today to be greeted with an ad at the first screen. I do not pay for the hardware and an expensive annual service fee just to be served some game in which I have no interest. I guess there is no amount of money I can pay to avoid being served this nonsense. Disgusting.

The system came on one time and it has not worked since. This was a gift for my boyfriend and the time expired before I realized on a return.

Haven’t had the game 30 days and already giving issues of over heating.

Terrible. Setup codes didn’t work old account had to reset password. Game took an hour and a half to install. Ea required I set up my pass word. Reset password then got a cannot connect to ea message. Returning Xbox and getting a ps5.
