Xbox All Access and Best Buy's bs

You go through the process of credit approval, get approved, open a new account (credit score hard hit) and best buy says error... contact support...oh these are OOS... then why allow all the steps. Off to cancel an account for now reason...stupid, I have always hated BB and this just solidifies it.

$500 Paper weight

Aweful “same day shipping”

Waited till last minute (9pm) to inform me it won’t make it time. Just buy it somewhere else if you aren’t picking up in store.

Not happy!

The last one I purchased broke three days after my Microsoft warranty was up and they want 299 to repair it, how ridiculous is that.  They know they have a design flaw and that’s why they only give you a one-year warranty.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got This system and 5 months after it broke.so I sent it in to Microsoft and they said that will fix it.They didn’t It’s still broken.Now I have to send it in again to get it fixed again.I’ve owned Xbox’s for my hole live and this is by far the worst one.not worth $500.this thing is a huge disappointed

Drm needs to be fixed for offline
