Great system. The ultimate game pass definitely makes it worth the purchase for the kids. There is always something they enjoy playing.

Absolute beast of a machine. A bug here or there is not uncommon, but not any worse than my XBONE or my PC. Quick Resume feature is one of the coolest things I've ever seen in gaming. If you've played Read Dead 2 on the xbone, then you know how long the load times can be. With the Series X, it plops you back in game EXACTLY where you left off. It's bonkers how quick it loads. Sharing clips and screenshots is super easy. Integrates well with the companion app. I have it for IOS, so no clue if it works that well on android. Visually, the graphics are top notch. Gamepass Ultimate which has basically replaced the old Xbox Live service is amazing. So many games for free. Biggest complaint though BY FAR is the size of the SSD. It's 1TB, but with the 200gb or so taken up by the operating system, and the massive size of some of the games (looking at you Black OPs Cold War- 150gb+) it does tend to fill up quickly.

The whole process for this series x went flawless I could not be any happier. However getting the 24 month pass for game pass was a hiccup because I got the bundle and had to talk to citizens bank to get it activated on my console. Overall A++

I was fortunate enough to land the X early from Best Buy. The look new exterior look is awesome it’s not bulky or colorful it’s sleek and looks in any entertainment center. I always been a Xbox fan and this console will keep me as a customer for more years to come until the next one comes out. The expansion memory slot is simple it’s plug and play compared to its competitor where you have to take some pieces apart. The one thing I would change is making the unit 2TB out of the box and the S unit 1TB standard. The graphics and the speed of play is significantly more clear, detailed, and faster. The explosions are more real than real life! I bought a LG OLED to bring out the graphics even more and boy it didn’t disappoint its unreal! But either a LED or a OLED tv the difference from the Xbox one is huge. If you are second guessing it I’m here to say make the move to the next gen console it’s a game changer!

I love the way old games play on this system. The loading times are almost non-existent and graphics pop like never before. It makes you want to replay old classics you've put away. The HD BluRay player does the same for old movies. Rewatching them in 4k with the 12teraflop processor behind them is a blast. Streaming movies and shows on this is also more favorable from what I've noticed. Images have a level of depth and clarity that isn't seen on my AppleTV or other streaming devices I own. The design of the console itself is pretty cool, giving you the option of laying it on its side, or standing vertically like a pillar. It is larger than it looks in pictures, so be prepared for a pretty heavy block to come out of the box. My only critique is the lack of games tailored for this new system. There are a few compatible titles they have maximized for use on the X/S, but some HD specific launch titles would have been appreciated.

If your only question is, "Is this console really THAT MUCH BETTER than the Series X?" The answer is a resounding YES. $500 well spent. Noticed immediate difference in Warzone from overall quality of graphics to the smoothness of coming into games from cold launch and just overall graphics response. Duh but it also helped my game. I had this on a 4K 60hz with HDR to start. Switched to a 27"Monitor at 1080p @ 120hz. If your concerned about playing at 1080p, forget it your eyes can't tell the difference and gaming just is better at 120. It's worth it until the monitor market catches up. Did have the annoying controller/battery issue where the controller would disconnect and not reconnect if the controller batteries died while playing. Requires a HARD RESET everytime. I bought a USB C cable to go corded until it's fixed, no problems since. Good luck finding one. Took me a whole day refreshing BBY but all worth it!!

I upgraded to the Series X from the original version of the Xbox One, which I frankly didn’t use very much, and the difference is really staggering. My main reason for upgrading was the size difference. The Xbox One is giant like a VCR, only sits horizontal, and has the biggest power brick I have ever seen. The Series X sits vertically and has no power brick at all, making it infinitely better in terms of special efficiency. I didn’t really buy the system because I needed a speed/graphics improvement, but I was still blown away by the speed at which this thing loads the same games that took a minute on the Xbox One. For the better size and what seems like an astronomical speed difference, I would say that the Series X is a fantastic upgrade for anyone who wants to play their old games on a better system, but also be future proof in case something new comes out that interests you.

Simply amazing. I got my series X by luckily beating the scalpers on launch day. I waited a year to write this review to address any launch console issues that have happened over the last year. I also bought the ps5 digital so i can speak from a perspective of owning both consoles. The series X hands down dominates my living room. I use it for the bulk of my gaming sessions and spend hours on this daily. My ps5 is okay, no issues with it but it is less comsumer friendly in my experience. I also have a child and xbox game pass is stocked with games both my kid and i are interested in. Console still runs quiet after 1 year. No issues have popped up at all. It runs like a charm. I was weary of xbox after the 2013-2015, era. But it is a power house now. If you love games and love gaming you wont regret owning one of these.

My son had the Xbox S series and then switched to the PS5 a few years ago. He recently decided to go back to the Xbox and of course he wanted the series X. I didn’t see my son for 2 days unless I went to his room… lol! He has enjoyed the graphics, picture quality and having his Fortnite account back. He even watched YouTube on his tv and not the phone now. Safe to say this was a well worth it purchase.

Deal went exactly as they explained. Xbox arrived ontime. Works perfectly. And the 2 years of ultimate was already on the series X waiting to be claimed after setup. Xbox is dead silent. But emits alot of heat. Excellent transaction.

I got this for my boyfriend he said the processing power is better than the older model along with the graphic's.

I’ve owned xbox consoles all my life from the original xbox, 360, one s and one x and this is by far the best console so far. It runs so smoothly and the resolution difference is astronomical from the xbox one. I know people agrue with the whole xbox vs playstation but honestly they are both pretty much the same, it’s up to personal preference if you prefer the xbox controller or ps controller and which one you’re more use to. But honestly an amazing buy and completely worth it especially with $100 off.

I bought this console last november on the week of Thanksgiving on wednesday before and picked it up on black friday i just had my brother over to set up the console the other day and so far it works well i highly recommend.

Xbox Series X arrived right on time in perfect condition. No dents or any other damage. The Xbox Series X console looks and works excellently! All "included items" were included. I upgraded from an Xbox One and can totally tell the difference in load times and image quality. Didn't think it could get better than the prior version, but I was wonderfully surprised! Backwards compatibility is awesome! I purchased a lot of older games and enjoyed playing them with upscaled visuals.

It works wish the kids were more interested in it I don’t know what more to say about it other than I had issues setting up with the jbl sound bar with subwoofer not sure why but think it was competing Bluetooth compatibly issues
