Great experience overall. The staff and process was easy and smooth. I traded in my old Xbox series s to get a brand new Xbox. I mean this Xbox isn’t a regular Xbox. You can run your games at 120 FPS at 4K. It makes the loading times on the series S make you wonder why are you even got the series us in the first place? I ended up purchasing the Xbox series X for my birthday and since I’ve recorded over 400 hours on this Xbox and the graphics plus game play I’m so Hooked.

I love my xbox and the game pass included has given me the chance to play a lot of games I wouldnt have very much please with my purchase.

I have always had a soft spot for Xbox, recently been playing a lot on PS5. I got this solely to play Starfield and its been a blast. Does well with long play days, load screens go quick and smooth, barely any lag. My biggest gripe with xbox is the controller battery situation. They are not rechargeable and you will have to buy a third party battery pack to make them so. However, the design is great for people who have smaller hands and/or wrist issues.

Works well but surprisingly slow, lots of things fail to load. All in all happy with product but not super compatible with Samsung set up if we’re being honest

Better than a PS5 forsure, though im now mostly a PC player but this is the best Console out there

This is an excellent console. I was really skeptical about it when this and the PS5 were first announced. Thinking Xbox would have just another console gathering dust in my theatre room, as the Xb1 and Xb1x did. But with GamePass, and a revamped interface, this console is a serious contender for MVP. I have no doubt that PS4 won the last generation round, though I'd give the generation before that to the Xbox 360 over the PS3. I'm impressed with what Microsoft has pulled together here. The only major down side is Xbox STILL can't push out a console with rechargeable batteries. C'mon... that's an easy one. A minor down side is the initialization of the system had some timeout and connectivity issues for me (video on YT). Mainly in getting the updates installed and my MSFT account synced. But it's worked great once I got through that.

I have only had PlayStations in the past so getting this was truly one of the best decisions I've made. The UI is easy to navigate so you'll have a smooth transition if you've never owned an Xbox before. I highly recommend purchasing this over the model S because the display is high quality and the storage is worth the extra money. If you find yourself downloading a lot of games, the disc drive is an excellent back up for you. I also recommend getting the Game Pass on this console because you'll find a lot of Indie games that deserve high praise. Finally I'd like to mention the controller is much more comfortable to use than the PS5 duel sense controller.

The heft suggests a quality build. The unit is silent and the temperature only warm enough to let you know there is a lot of power inside that case. The weak point of the Series X is the UI. It's a catalog of everything: titles, settings, achievements, apps, community, events but poorly organized into piles: the Game Pass pile, the Store pile, the Entertainment pile and the Events pile and a main pile containing owned games, settings, achievements, Xbox Assist, HDR calibration and MS Store. It reminds me of the accumulation of the disorganized collection of tiles in Windows 8; a large number of them pushing items on sale from the MS store. My series X is connected to a large 4K TV but the display looks like it's on a 4-inch phone. Quick Resume is really neat. The game play, graphics fidelity and performance are the reasons I bought the Series X and I'm not disappointed.

Easy unboxing and setup, system is very intuitive and runs off the old Xbox one user interface(if it’s not broke don’t fix it). As far as game play goes the quick resume feature is fantastic along with the game pass subscription service you can get with Xbox. Additionally if you’re interested in streaming media with your console, the Xbox series x blows the PlayStation out of the water.

With the amount of time it took me to get one of these, and the fraud loss L I took in the process, I barely want to touch a review. But, I actually love the machine, its a beast. (I was still playing a old xbox One) There are not many games i have even been into lately, and the only one I was really playing was Destiny 2... I was okay, but didn't do much High end content. I hated Pvp because I always get wrecked with 2-3 kills in a game. My first 100K game played, we hit that... Pvp, 20+ kills, without even using much strategy... Pack Kills, are FUN!!! :-D Anyway... I guess its time to finally go back and try to get my gallaHorns!!! Lets GO!!!

Really really love the Series X so far. It’s the speed of the box that gets you. It’s sooooo fast. I had to boot up my One X on another TV and I had forgotten how much slower it is. Games load so fast now and quick resume (when it works right) is amazing. Auto HDR is making old games look even better and the frame rate improvements makes everything run buttery smooth on the LG CX. It’s also whisper quiet. The icing on the cake though is Gamepass. So much greatness streamed to this amazing box for a low monthly fee. There are so many good games my backlog is out of control. Luckily I’m saving so much time on load speeds I may get caught up soon. If you can get one I can’t imagine you being disappointed. It’s a fantastically well engineered machine that works really well. I love it. Good luck and I hope you’re able to track one down because it’s worth every penny.

Bought for my husbands birthday and he loves it. The games load up so fast and the quality is very nice.

I spent months trying to purchase and Xbox Series X and was unsuccessful. So happy that we wer able to purchase it from Best Buy. My son was so surprised on Christmas Day. He loves it and the Ultimate Game pass too!

It’s the Xbox X! What could POSSIBLY be wrong with that!? Got it A WEEK before the price increased $100.00!! Timing is EVERYTHING!
