The Series X is a great piece of hardware. The system UI is much improved with faster loading and navigating thanks to the nvme ssd. The system runs very quite and heat levels or unnoticeable. Don’t be duked by videos online. Your system vents should be dispersing heat away from your system and if the vent feels like AC after playing for a long time thats a bad thing. Yes, the system is big but not as massive as the PS5. Finger prints do easily show but once you get your system in plays just wipe those off. Its not like you need to grab and move alot so thats not a big deal. The system and games load faster which makes more of a difference than you’d think. The Series X controller is also improved with a share button and textured grips. It also feela better in my hands but YMMV. The 1st party games from Microsoft are a ways off but my review is strictly about the system.

Great assistance on helping me get the Xbox series x

We gave up on buying the Xbox X since the pandemic. Decided to get one recently as a reward for our son’s excellent school performance and we are not disappointed. What a night and day difference between this and the Xbox one S. Great video and graphic details. Super fast performance in everything we throw at it. Wish we were able to grab one sooner. Now we wait for the next better and greater new model. In the meantime, we will continue to enjoy the Xbox X.

I’ve purchased an Xbox Series X 2 years ago and I love it. If you pair it with the correct TV then you get the 4K @ 120 htz refresh rate. I see the difference from my old Xbox to the new. This is definitely an upgrade. I recommend this Xbox for yourself or even for a gift. It has the DVD drive and a hard drive so you can purchase games online or buy them at a physical store. Also check out the gaming community with Xbox live. Can’t go wrong…

Exactly what you expect in a powerful console machine

I am an Xbox fan. I love the speed, not about it. I play nonstop.

I have only had PlayStations in the past so getting this was truly one of the best decisions I've made. The UI is easy to navigate so you'll have a smooth transition if you've never owned an Xbox before. I highly recommend purchasing this over the model S because the display is high quality and the storage is worth the extra money. If you find yourself downloading a lot of games, the disc drive is an excellent back up for you. I also recommend getting the Game Pass on this console because you'll find a lot of Indie games that deserve high praise. Finally I'd like to mention the controller is much more comfortable to use than the PS5 duel sense controller.

I was finally able to pick this up through Best Buy yesterday and it is a wonderful machine! I was originally worried about the design being a bit dull but it actually looks very neat and sophisticated in person. I especially love the vents at the top of the machine. As for performance, the system is as snappy as you would expect. I have been testing FIFA 21 and Forza Horizon 4 and both games have performed perfectly with minimum load times. Not to mention the graphics look fantastic on my Samsung 4K TV. I also love the user interface and have spent some time customizing it to make it look simpler. The controller is superb to hold and has a great, comfortable feel to it. I do wish it was a little more ambitious than the Xbox One controller which it resembles but it gets the job done nicely. All in all I am loving this console and look forward to playing some great games on it!

With the amount of time it took me to get one of these, and the fraud loss L I took in the process, I barely want to touch a review. But, I actually love the machine, its a beast. (I was still playing a old xbox One) There are not many games i have even been into lately, and the only one I was really playing was Destiny 2... I was okay, but didn't do much High end content. I hated Pvp because I always get wrecked with 2-3 kills in a game. My first 100K game played, we hit that... Pvp, 20+ kills, without even using much strategy... Pack Kills, are FUN!!! :-D Anyway... I guess its time to finally go back and try to get my gallaHorns!!! Lets GO!!!

I love how quiet it is. It doesnt get hot very often and it runs so smooth i forget i even turn it on sometimes lol

The product is amazing but this review is mainly for the customer service. Customer service was quick and helpful and made buying this xbox a happy experience.

The setup process (~30 min) is kinda tedious and boring to be honest. I am a avid gamer but I don’t own a Xbox until now. I think the process of updating a controller’s software is funny... what’s the point? And the controllers do not have any new features with a next-gen console and it only runs on dry batteries... so on average you have to replace the batteries every week. To be honest, the console itself is good so far but I haven’t played any next-gen games on it just yet. The last-gen games from the Xbox Ultimate Game Pass run very smoothly. There are a lot of games come with the pass but they are all relatively old... The console is pretty quiet but the top vent can get hot after hours of playing (and that’s the purpose). Overall I give it 5 stars just because the solid quality of the product but I do hope I can play some exclusive games on the console in the future.

I’ve had this Xbox for a few years now and have no complaints. This is a perfect game system and using it with GamePass is a no brainer. I love being in the Xbox ecosystem and having access to all of my games from previous consoles. This Xbox has been out for a while now and I still feel that it’s ahead of its time.

Absolutely love it. Husband bought it for me as a Valentines gift and its amazing. Graphics are great. No issues with it except something that was my fault. Everything is boxed well, though the box itself could be better. We keep the boxes for moving and this box will have to be taped shut compared to previous gen. Also ran out of storage very fast and had to buy a new storage as the one i had wasnt compatible with the X.

Little pricey but what isnt nowadays...works fine no issues

I spent months trying to purchase and Xbox Series X and was unsuccessful. So happy that we wer able to purchase it from Best Buy. My son was so surprised on Christmas Day. He loves it and the Ultimate Game pass too!
