Been using Series S for a while and started running out of memory space. Given the price of internal solid state drive I decided to just upgrade my console to the X. Pros- Runs a little quicker than the S, added bonus of being able to play physical games and movies, better image quality and refresh rate for a 4K OLED(just make sure you have a fast enough HDMI to make use of the 120hz), 1TB storage(twice as much as the S) Cons- runs a little warmer than the S but barely noticeable, takes up a decent amount more space, 1TB storage (would be nice to have more for the price difference) Overall- glad I upgraded

I upgraded because my Xbox one went down. So far it has been great, worked right out of the box and was easy to set up. Pretty much everything transferred over and I got right back to my games and streaming. The pickup process through best buy and payment through citizens pay was seem less except for best buys website not working for a location switch to a Best Buy closer to me, I had to deal with their online chatbot for about 15 minutes but that was a minor inconvenience all things considered.

Great console. No issues, graphics are amazing. Highly recommend the upgrade.

Next gen is here. Great to see this console offer a breadth of titles that you can play out the box - classics from the catalog of Microsoft and 3rd party titles. Great not having to throw out old games because a new machine is release and not backwards compatible. Setup was a breeze - just a few cable connections and connecting the controller to the system and then you’re off. At first I was dismayed to hear that Xbox Gold was gone but it’s replacement Game Pass is a bonus in my eyes. Opens up a lot of titles I may have missed being released to be downloaded and played. I have not had any software issues personally on this new system. The UI is straightforward and familiar. Looking forward to the next gen titles, be they exclusives or classics updated to take advantage of the new processing power and visual effects.

This is a great buy if you're on a budget than buying a pc.

Brought it 2 years ago still works amazing, tbh I just brought it for ark, but since that game is dead started playing story mode game the color is amazing

The fact that i had a 7-8 year old console an everytime i would play with my friends i would load so much later and with newer games coming out, you cant play them on the old gen.. now everything is much smoother and faster and i have access to any game (thats with Xbox). Id highly suggest, i wanted a pc but with the funds and space i have, the X is easily comparable and competes with pcs.

Great console. Load speeds are quick and Quick Resume is awesome for games that support it. I do wish that games like Forza Horizon 5 worked better with Quick Resume. GamePass is a must if you have an Xbox.

I got very lucky in being able to preorder this back in october and I am so very satisfied with it. It is by far the happiest I've been with a gaming console purchase in my life. The load times/quick start functionality is just amazing. The only problem with that is waiting for your friends who have previous generation xboxes to load up their game! I also love the design/profile of the system. This is a console that will look at home in any home - whereas the same cannot be said about the gaudy PS5. You already know this, but if you can get your hands on one of these as MSRP, do it without even thinking about it. I hope that in the coming years Microsoft releases a VR headset that leverages the power of this system, or works out some kind of deal with Facebook/Oculus. It needs to happen!

Bought this to replace an old Xbox Series X that was having issues.

The Xbox Series X plays the same games as its predecessor, the Xbox One, just better, faster, and at higher resolutions. I signed into my profile, opened my game library, and downloaded all the Forza games from the collection of the titles that I’ve collected over the past decade. I strongly recommend investing in a console like the Xbox Series X. The Xbox Series X was designed for 4K gaming (and 8K video). It looks fantastic on my 4K Samsung. It is delivered with a standard controller that uses two AA-Batteries. I recommend the Xbox Series X Play and Charge Kit with a Rechargeable Battery + USB-C Cable. The staff at my Best Buy store was well prepared to deliver the Xbox on launch day; in-and-out is 5-minutes. My Xbox Series X has performed smoothly with no problems since my purchase on the Day One release.

For what they say is really hight end console, only tip and for sure is the BEST! Keep it in a place where air ( cool ) and empty space because it get hot bebe.

Got this for my son for Christmas. He has been on it non stop. HE LOVES IT!!! The only complaint he has is that some of the online games that he plays are not backwards compatible so he still needs his old xbox so that he can play with his friends.

Great system that does it all. Great value. If you are deciding between Xbox and PS5, just know that Xbox Live is far superior than PS.
