I prefer it over my ps5. The ps5 has a better presentation but the xbox series x is a little more powerful, has the excellent quick resume function, has loads of backwards compatible games, and there are many games on it that xbox has enhanced that playstation had not. For example: on ps5 dishonored and prey run at 30 fps. Those games are enhanced to 60 fps on xsx. That's just one example; there are more. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase.

The Xbox Series X is such a great console for people who have been on Xbox for a long time since a lot of the games you own are transferred to the system via account ownership. The controller feels so good to hold. The only gripe I have with it is that it only has a 1 TB ssd storage, so I recommend buying an expansion card for it. Overall, I am enjoying everything the console has to offer.

What can I say .. hands down best console I’ve owned off of day one launch. There basically little to no load times. Looks fantastic on the Sony X950 tv I just purchased from Best Buy running games at 4K 120.

The console is amazing and powerful, if you want the full xbox experience with the best graphics, frame rates and over all performance this is the one to get. It’s not as cost effective as the series s but it allows you to play your games at full capacity with no hiccups (so long as the devs optimize the games) over all I highly recommend it especially for hardcore gamers that want the full and best experience possible on this platform.

I had and Xbox one X and was on the fence about the upgrade but I am glad I did. Only took me 11 months to find one. The higher speed is noticeable and the auto-resume feature is GREAT! No more waiting when switching between games. I have many old dic games for One and 360 so wanted the drive. I have a 4k tv but only 60hz and it looks good but i think it looked good at 1080p as well, I think that the 120hz would be a better upgerade than the 4k. If you dont need the Disc Drive and dont want to shell out another Grand for a 4k 120hz tv go with the S and save some money and time finding an X. But if money is no object, get the X. I love this thing,

Wow, this is a great upgrade from the Xbox One S. I purchased this instead of trying to build a truly 4K-capable PC and I am glad I did. Right now, I'm playing Guardians of the Galaxy on 4K with a consistent 60 fps. There's even adaptive sync with my Samsung QN85!! I can't wait to play games that support 4K @ 120 Hz. This isn't cheap, and a couple upgrades are NECESSARY (extra controller and Seagate expansion card), but all of that is still cheaper than building a new PC. And Game Pass Ultimate make this machine even better! My only gripe is the old-feeling UI. They need to update this and leave the Xbox One UI in the past.

I thought there waa going to be competition between PS5 and this console. Turns out i was gravely mistaken, the engine this console has is unmatched. The way it smoothtly navigates through its interface with no delays and glitches is incredible. The graphic qualities i could not believe what i was seeing it looked so realistic and just delivered in every way Microsoft intended on doing. Iwould highly recommend if anyone can just give it a shot.

Amazing customer experience. Execution by the best buy team was 100/10. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted and directed to the pick-up area. Once at the desk, i was asked about my order, confirmed my order and my order was brought out to me in under 5 minutes. The online pickup station is by far the best feature at the store.

Great console with everything you'd need from a next gen system. HDMI 2.1, great library and the ability to play 4k movies. Game pass makes it that much better.

I love my new xbox series x. It has a quick resume option that was not on my Xbox One. it makes it easier to go back and start a game that you had already been playing.

While I'll probably always buy the nextgen console on launch day, unfortunately this release was very anticlimactic. None of the launch games seem to showcase the potential of this console. Im seeing very little graphic improvement on Assassins Creed or Call of Duty Cold War. The menu systems, etc, are exactly the same as the Xbox One / One X I just replaced. In fact I bet the average user wouldn't be able to tell you if this was a Series X or One X. Theoretically I could be enjoying HDMI 2.1 benefits Ike VRR or 4k 120hz but even cutting edge 2020 TVs and AVRs aren't fully compatible at the moment due to buggy implementations and chipsets. While I don't regret this purchase I'd say wait a year if you havent bought it yet.

Best system out there for the price and the quality worth every penny. Works great out of the box with PC gaming monitors over HDMI connection with support for 1920 x 1080 120Hz, 2560 x 1440 120Hz, and 4K at 60Hz or 120Hz. Just make sure your PC monitor supports HDMI 2.0 or HDMI 2.1... On some computer monitors it works right away or you may have to adjust the HDMI settings to 120Hz - but overall it works with all the PC gaming monitors we tested it with.
