Not really a xbox person, but my son loves it. Plus, the associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I love my new xbox series x. It has a quick resume option that was not on my Xbox One. it makes it easier to go back and start a game that you had already been playing.

This Xbox is exactly what I thought it would be 4K is pretty cool.

I was able to secure the best buy price that was to good to pass up. They were selling them for $399 and I was blessed enough to secure one. I am also a PlayStation gamer but I have friends that rave about the Xbox and their merchandise is cheap and affordable and can be used on PC as well so the deal was to go to pass up honestly. I will come back and detail how it is once I open it. I'm excited!!

Fantastic console with amazing power. The value that comes from this when paired with Gamepass is outrageous. Playing games in 4k and/or 120fps is truly a game changer if you haven't experienced. Bear in mind that you need a high refresh rate capable monitor or TV, such as the CX or C1 OLEDs from LG for example for that. I currently own a PS5 as well, however, I keep coming back to the xbox mainly due to the Gamepass and having the ability to play and try games without having to worry about buying them. The catalog is expansive and with Gamepass Ultimate you gain access to EA titles as well. Thus all the Starwars and EA sports game franchises are available.

Great console with everything you'd need from a next gen system. HDMI 2.1, great library and the ability to play 4k movies. Game pass makes it that much better.

Excellent product. Waited a long time to be able to get it with all the shortages but worth the wait. I also own the series S which is also an awesome console.

Managed to get one while they were still in stock, and I'm glad I did. So far it plays all my old games flawlessly, and with MUCH quicker loading times thanks to the new SSD storage system. All my old games and controllers work, and I couldn't be happier. So far not too many games take advantage of the increased power over the Xbox One, but that'll change with time. My only complaint is that the SSD is only 1 TB capacity, and an expansion drive costs over $200 if you want the performance to match the onboard storage. With modern games taking up to 200 GB of space (looking at YOU Call of Duty), 1 TB isn't really enough if you don't want to have to uninstall and reinstall games all the time.

Two of the games that are supposed to come with this are missing. I received the games in the mail, but the cases were empty, so i called best buy and about a half hour of trying to get them to understand, they finally agreed to send me new games. I received one of the games the other day and guess what, the disc was missing. Not sure where to go from here. Last bundle i will buy from BestBuy...

Wasn't planning on getting this system due to xbox one launch edition being underwhelming. But honestly this has been a pretty awesome system: - super quiet (can't emphasize this enough) - 120fps fortnite! - game pass ultimate is actually pretty awesome especially since I had three years of live gold available that you can upgrade to ultimate for $1!!?!?! - the games on ultimate are great. I've been playing the two Ori games, dragon warrior, gears series, etc Only complaint is the whacky twitch interface and streaming issues when compared to ps4/pro. Xbox is much more difficult to get right and I'm never 100% certain if my stream will work properly. Otherwise I'm pretty happy with this next gen console!

5 Stars as per usual for Xbox. I’ve had the Series X for a few years now and have had absolutely 0 issues with it whatsoever. I ended up purchasing this one for my girlfriend as an upgrade to her Xbox One X. The 1TB of space is more than enough space for anyone wondering. Graphics are great and console never runs slow, overheats, or anything.

Can't believe they actually managed to get me one. This thing is in demand for a good reason. Website had a very reasonable queue to wait in, and the ready/pickup time a week in advance was 90% accurate. A customer service rep informed me that the inventory delivery would not arrive on time, but kept me updated all the way to when it finally arrived at the store only a few hours later that night. Curbside pickup was super quick and convenient, and if you know anything at all about this console, it is WELL worth the pricetag. Blows any gaming device that's not a crazy expensive custom built PC straight out of the water. Nothing but a positive experience with both the xbox and best buy customer service.

Got my series x through xbox all access, and im very happy with it. The load times of games are insanely fast and gamepass. So many games not enough time to play all of them.

The xbox plays games in 4k 120hz. It looks great and have not had any issues.

I say this in the best way: I think Xbox will wind up being the choice for casual gamers this gen, or next. Currently, if you want high budget, story driven, crafted games, go for PlayStation. If you choose games with a “let’s see what’s on tv today” mentality, get Xbox and gamepass. Gamepass and a series x is a fantastic deal. You can play every day for years and you will not run out of good games at any point.

I quite enjoy this system. Smooth loading and easy set up.
