Both my sons love this Xbox! Best on the market. Buy it!

We are a gaming family and purchasing from BestBuy is the best decision I made in awhile. It took me quite awhile but was finally able to purchase these great gaming devices for my grandchildren. I tried buying direct from Microsoft but that never seamed you work and finally going to my BestBuy account and saving the XBox to my favorites list and going back and checking it’s availability it took only a few weeks for me to obtain mine. I have been able to purchase several other item that are hard to purchase during these times of supply chain issues also. Thank you BestBuy, I’ll be back because Christmas is coming soon! This xbox series x was a great purchase, I am so glad I bought this from best buy. This next gen console really lives up to its name with its amazing performance. Compared to a website online like facebook marketplace or ebay, I knew for a fact that I could trust that best buy wont scam me and will give me everthing in the box new and not broken or missing peices.

Best Buy is always my go-to. If not best price, will match the price.

It's a xbox series x and gamepass what isn't there to like. The gamepass is built into the xbox I was confused when the bestbuy ppl said they'd email me the code.

Works great. Love the fact that it’s so quick and responsive. Doesn’t seem to have any issues even handling the new Black Ops game. Although I’m sure having a high resolution TV helps.

Love my Xbox X. Running Microsoft Flight simulator. Makes it easy to recall flight procedures and maneuvers for real life training. The yoke, throttle quadrant, and pedals that you can buy from Best Buy makes it easy to simulate flight maneuvers and procedures to build muscle memory.

After working hard and making decent money i realized that i haven’t treated myself in a long time. I already own a xbox360, Xbox one, ps4 pro, and i went back and forth whether to get the Xbox x-series or the PS5 first. I decided that i enjoyed the Forza series enough to pick up the x-series. The set up was easy of course. Having an Xbox account made the transition seamless and all my games and history transferred over without any effort.

Personally I love Xbox when it comes to true power, and this series X literally takes the crown. I was in a debate to either go with PS5 or Series X, and since there’s nothing exclusively locked to any platform in terms of games, I picked Series X for the power and competitive gaming advantage.

Our family has enjoyed playing game on the XBOX game pass. Our daughter has enjoyed playing new games that she may not have add an opportunity to play without the pass .

The very first game I played was Morrowind, from the original Xbox, it didn’t look horrible amazingly enough. Cyberpunk 2077 looks incredible, and plays much better after projekt red patched a lot of the issues plaguing it. I just need to get a tv that can fully optimize the hdr10, 4K, 120hz potential functionality of the Series X. My only qualm with this system, and what also seems to be an issue from what I’ve heard on the PS5 is how game updates are presented, they tend to interrupt game play at times as they do not preload in the background or when not in use. As was available on Xbox one etc., it’s not a deal breaker because all of the pluses that are afforded by this beautiful system.

Great Xbox no issues yet. I do recommend getting a cooling fan and keeping it out of a small area. mine runs at about 111° F when playing games. i think since it is a larger console it makes more heat.

Good product. More expensive than original product but overall a good product

Everything about this new system just feels premium. From the controller and cords to the Xbox itself. It's not as big as I thought it would be, it actually looks nice compared to the eyesore that is my ps5. Pairs perfectly with my lg cx oled. Check all the boxes for the next gen features. Games look and play super clean in 120fps with vrr on. Older games feel like Brand new games in 60 or 120fps. Now I'm questioning how I was ever able to play games before at 30fps. Well there's definitely no going back now. I've waited this long for the perfect console and it won't hurt to wait a bit longer for true next gen games. Until then I'll be enjoying my current library the way games are supposed to be played.

Came in on time. My Grandson loved it. Doesn’t come with 2 controllers. Didn’t can that…but was easy to fix.

After gaming on PS4 for the past seven years, it has been a real pleasure coming back to the Xbox platform with the Series X. Most of my old Xbox and X360 games work on this system, albeit with updated graphics and performance, and Game Pass makes it easy to check out some of the big games I missed on X1. The system itself is snappy, loading times are practically eliminated, and setup was so quick and easy (download the Xbox app for your smartphone first and set up your Xbox account there—you'll be grateful you did). And you'll get spoiled fast by Quick Resume—it's tough going back to PS4 after you start using this feature for a few days. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds for this platform.

Awesome purchase. I upgraded from xbox one and the games play more clearly. I would suggest others buy from bestbuy since they provide customer service for device even with basic warranty. Others sell for third parties and those are a hassle
