AMAZING! Gamepass is second to none, the ssd is blazing fast, the quick resume feature is mind blowing fast...instant load in to any game you had previously been playing. Fully back compatible, as well as 4k upgrades to previous gen titles. The Series X runs completely silent, and the UI is easy and super fast to operate, as well as staying connected to all and any apps you need. The controller is the best controller on the market, the subtle improvements have perfected an already great controller over the previous gen. This system is worth every penny!

I had an xbox one original from 2013 and upgrading to series x was a big change. Ganes load super fast and the actual console is very quiet. You never hear the fan spinning and runs very cool. All of my previous games and controllers worked flawlessly. My only complain is that it does not feel like a new console. Like is not a whole new experience and the GUI is the same. Just feels like a hardware upgrade, similar to when you upgrade a graphics card on a computer. Overall it was a great upgrade and all my games work smoothly. Can't wait experience next gen games.

I purchased this Xbox Series X after seeing it on sale for $349.99, it was delivered on time and I've been playing it without any problems, I wish it had more than a 14 day trial of game pass ultimate but I'm not complaining, I recommend this system for anyone who enjoys playing video games.

I've always been a fan of ps5, but for the new year I decided to treat myself to xbox series x. I bought it specifically for playing Forza. Excellent console, very quiet, comfortable controller, batteries last a long time, I didn’t expect it. In general, I highly recommend purchasing!!!

I absolutely love this series X owned it for close to a year now. Before purchasing this I did own the Series S console so I was already experiencing next gen. But this console is way better, as I purchased a 4k TV with a 2.1 hdmi so this runs like charm. My only issue was having to find a place to put it where it gets the most air flow. Never experienced over heating or any other random issues.

Best of the best games look so life like on this console its insane haven't had any problems like some people are saying and I've been gaming on it near 24/7 it has the instant on with a bunch or connects to it already my USB hub works great on it and the console doesn't even make a noise like most do starting up totally worth the price I would love to get my hands on another

Absolutely Amazing! No better way to put it. Got this only a month after launch and have loved every second of it. Coming from an xbox one s there were many improvements i never knew i needed. Equally as good as the ps5 which my brother has and i will be looking into buying soon. Thank you best buy for the hookup and i highly recommend this to anyone who doesn’t want to spend the money on a pc and enjoys xbox exclusives along with a great platform for all 3rd party games.

I have been waiting for long time to put my hand on Xbox x and I finally got it. It’s amazing with the new design and also so quite even after hours of plying can’t hear the fan! Also faster than my old Xbox one. I recommend it over PS5 if you’re not looking for exclusive games.

Great value for a gaming console that runs faster and smother than its predecessors

I love this console. I have owned Xboxes for years now, since the original Xbox way back in the day. And they get better and better as it goes along. I traded in my Xbox One X and got this, luckily. This was the hardest console to EVER get but persistence paid off. The auto HDR is worth it alone. So many games have it, older games. Makes them look so much better. And the load times are virtually nonexistent. Been playing a lot of great games lately, RDR 2, Cyberpunk, Mafia 1, GR breakpoint, Star Wars Battlefront 2, and many more that look AMAZING.

I am quite pleased with my Xbox Series X purchase , I was able to get it curbside pickup which was very fast , it only took 2 minutes from the time I parked my vehicle . As for the actual purchase all I can say is I was thrilled how best buy handled the online purchase of this hard to get item by making it hard for the scalper bots who have ruined online sales of these consoles by sending a special code to complete the transaction online hooray for Best Buy well done !! The console was in perfect condition another fine job by Best Buy . A++ !!

My niece has recently been streaming on Twitch and has racked up quite the following 190k!! I’m so proud of her, but I decided to buy this for her future endeavors in the streaming world. She says it’s fast and reliable and that it contains all of the features she needs. Amazing product because I never see her since she is in her room playing whatever games but it’s great entrainment for her and hopefully it can turn into her fully time salary to support me!! Love Best Buy they have amazing customer service!

Bought for my family and have used it everyday! We arw able ti use for movies family games and things that bring us together to hang iut.

The quality is amazing and well worth the money, runs so smooth and ive had it since release and I still never feel it get hot like the old xboxs, if you wanted to you cold leave it on for like 2 days and it would be warm not hot just warm like room temp.

I was able to preorder on the first day and was ready to pick it up on release date but it turns out my payment method had an issue and the app didn't notify me so my order wasn't ready. But since he saw my name on the list of preorders he let me get one of the extra units. Awesome customer service!!

I got this for my son's birthday and he loves it..

I own a Ps5. I love skyrim and fallout. I got the xbox for Starfield. Starfield is hot trash. Left with an entire game console, i gave the xbox to my 13 yr old daughter. She doesnt use it at all.
