This is like an XBOX ONE X but on STEROIDS!!!! This console is FAAAASSTTTT!!!!!!! like I mean it, when you turn it on feels like the console was never off like you never left the game!!!!!! Just feels like an alienware gaming laptop like a powerhouse when it comes about speed and loading times, plus is backwards compatible all the way back to the original XBOX!!!!!!!! No doubt the perfect buy!!! Closest thing to PC performance. (Good luck trying to get one though, sorry if you didn't, DON'T SUPPORT SCALPERS)

Love my Xbox it is worth the buy. The graphic enhancements make it seem like I am playing a completely new game compared to the Xbox one.

Gifted this to my partner for Father’s Day, he love the quality and how well it works compared to his first edition Xbox 1 that was over 5 years old. Haven’t had any issues with it, works really great and highly recommend!

I was lucky enough to get this within the first month of release and it's honestly an amazing console. I upgraded from an Xbox One S and being able to move all the games I owned over is truly magical. While there aren't that many next Gen games available you see the quality difference. I'm currently playing Dead By Daylight the optimized version and it's a huge difference! As more games come out this will be a great next generation console. And it's so quiet even with my 2 external hard drives connected to it. 100% recommend and Best Buy Curbside Pickup made getting it so much better since I don't live in the safest neighborhood.

I love this new Xbox. It runs very smoothly, and has the capacity for amazing graphics. I love to play Assassin's Creed, and it looks great running on this Xbox. I also really enjoy that it is able to play 4K movies. Another reason I bought this is because this is the model that has a disc drive. I was a little surprised that Microsoft decided to have only model that had a disc drive, especially since a lot of people, myself included, still buy physical copies of the game though. And that they put the disc drive in the more expensive model. If you are a person who like to have physical copies of games or movies, this is the console that you would have to purchase if you go the Xbox route. I had my old Xbox for almost 4 years before I bought this one, and sold my last one as it still worked really well, and plan to use this one until this quits working. Overall, I thought it was worth the money, but it may not be affordable for everyone. If you are an avid gamer, I would probably recommend this to you, but if you plan to game only sometimes and watch the occasional movie with it, I would consider your options.

My 15 yr old loves his new xbox, came with a controller but we also got a galaxy themed one so we could have multiple players. It does require a subscription to play online, but we got a bunch of free games with that subscription so ended up being worth it. Easy setup and came with the HDMI cable to connect to the tv

Amazing system, I play with 55” LG OLED. Game pass is a much! Highly recommend even if your upgrading from a series s.

This product is very good with its proccesing speed ot its abity to project at high graphics 4k at 120hz but many of the main issues are it can always work properly, for instance your paying $600 for a piece of plastic coverd by mechanical structure inside just for your games to sometimes not load or crash unexpectedly. I have seen and found a repetition in problems usally around the time 1:00AM PST; your console decides to complety bug out and you get booted from games and lag out of party chats your in and it sometimes just complety shuts off, and your console remains as cold as if you just turned it on. Also the base 1tb storage coming with it is just not going to compete with the high end games that are around today such as call of duty MW3 which is about to get a MASSIVE update for blackops 6 putting at a whopping 300GB thats 3/10 of storage areadly tooken up, and not everyones got $350 lying around to spend on a measly 2TB upgrade or a $250 for 1TB. SO OVERALL DO NOT BUY THIS CONSOLE OR ANY OF THE OTHER ONES instead try saving up for a pc you can at least upgrade as you go and with a budget, its just like legos, and people have done it before so you also get the benefit of looking at video on how to put it together. Great, would recommend. Nice graphics. Really the only complaint is the heat when keeping it stored in a cabinet, no way should you run it with the cabinet closed so I had to turn the console somewhat awkwardly to allow the fan to blow heat out unobstructed, then turn it back before I store it again.

After months of endless searching for a Xbox X series... Best Buy CAME THRU and in time for Christmas!!!! I was in disbelief for like first 10 minutes of the online purchase. Thought for sure I was about to receive that...Oops something went wrong... message. But NOPE! Then came my confirmation email along with my in-store pickup date...it was legit. I was SO happy! The online checkout process was quick, smooth and hassle free. The pickup was even easier. Great experience from start to finish. The Xbox is perfect and has easy set up. Thanks Best Buy!

I bought the Xbox for my son for his birthday. He was so excited. He absolutely loves it. The processor is super fast and there is zero lag.

I absolutely love the Series X. I'm far from a Microsoft fan boy, I've had XBox consoles, Playstation consoles, and Nintendo consoles, and I have enjoyed using them all. So far the Series X is my favorite though. The load times are incredibly fast, the upscaling on XBox One games works really well, and Game Pass makes this an incredible value. I don't think I'll ever go back to $60 (many games are now $70) for a new game when Game Pass gives access to so many games (including some day one releases) for $10 a month ($15 for Ultimate which gives you access to PC and streaming games also).

Great console, my old xbox broke, so i bought this one and it is much better, the load times and overall performance.

I upgraded from an XBox One to the XBox Series X primarily so I can play EA Sports College Football 25. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that this console is almost completely compatibile with my XBox One and XBox 360 games!

Bought for my son as an Xmas gift and no issues with the console. Easily transfered games via external HD (have no issues playing with games from it either). Do have an issue with the controllers aux port malfunctioning. According to my son, he can't always get a reliable mic connection with his HyperX headset. Luckily, I had just gotten him a new controller in Nov 2020 so he was able to use that instead (therefore most likely being a aux port issue & not a headset problem). Gotta find out if Microsoft will cover the controller with manufacturers warranty. Other than that, my son is enjoying his gaming experience.
