Its been a pretty good system so far. I use it in about the same way as I did with my xbox one x. I haven't gotten to play any true next gen games yet but I have run games like syndicate and red dead 2 and I can say the load times are much quicker. The system is pretty quiet with the exception of discs in which you hear the player running. I was a bit alarmed when installing a disc because it made a loud grinding noise. This may be because I have it in the vertical position. Also, the system seems to run cool. I do like the vents and fan at the top. Other than these, I think it's a great console.

I Love playing games and you can’t beat the Xbox One. Great games, a lot for free with just a membership. Endless fun and enjoyable experiences for the whole family!

I own the PS5 as well and all I can say is you need both! Paired up with a Sony and LG OLED and you have the best couch-gamimg experience.

We bought this as a gift for our nephews and they were so excited. The setup was easy through the app and they were able to start playing within 20-30 minutes of unboxing.

I ordered and pickup was easy , in and out in 10 minutes and they went through all security measures to be sure it was me. Brand new system and the sale was perfect.

Since I couldn't get a PS5 and I have the PS4Pro, I thought I'd try this instead. I did not regret it. Eesy to setup and personalized. I signed up for the GamePass right away and downloaded 10 games. Grapgics are great and the quick resume feature works on multiple games at once allowing me to switch from game to game. During the cold weather, this console acts at my little heater saving me money on the electric heating bill as I play games. Lol, who would thought it as that. Get this and the GamePass and you will not be disappointed.

Best buy Xbox series X All Access is a great way to secure the console for the holidays. It also might be the future in our having new consoles.

Better than the oldest version, more speed and storage

Been waiting to get this console. It has lived up to its potential so far. No issues. No lag. Having a disc drive for movies that I own is a benefit as well. The 1tb hard drive allows me to have the games I want to play ready at my fingertips. I highly recommend spending the money on this beast of a console.

Absolutely phenomenal console. You can't build a PC for under the price of this console with performance that will match it. Microsoft has taken extra effort to think of what gamers truly want and it shows. With more display options than a PS5 and, when paired with Gamepass Ultimate, more free games available, Sony will be hard pressed to match it. This isn't bias either, I own a PS5 as well. Both consoles at the moment have a severe lack of consoles exclusives so there's no real rush to own it right this minute but give it 6 months after release and you'll see quite a few more options I'd imagine.

Uprgraded from one x and you can tell a noticeable difference. Runs real smooth. Now I just need a tv to match the performance.

My 15 yr old loves his new xbox, came with a controller but we also got a galaxy themed one so we could have multiple players. It does require a subscription to play online, but we got a bunch of free games with that subscription so ended up being worth it. Easy setup and came with the HDMI cable to connect to the tv

A really well-engineered system both hardware-wise and software-wise. There's quite a lot of value here, even if you don't have a 4K TV to take full advantage of all the features. It's essentially a well-made PC for your TV, one that lets you play so, so many games from past generations. However, it's a bit of a shame that there really aren't that many new games at all for the system, which currently prevents this from being a must-buy. Definitely a bit of an odd situation, for sure, but it's still an excellent product and the future is bright. Just don't sweat it if you can't acquire it right now!

I've had this console for nearly 3 years and haven't had any issues with it.

can tell you guys that it's a pretty freakn awesome, and solid console. Step one was downloading the xbox app on my phone so I could set it up remotely (which was something new). 10 to 15 minutes later I was all set up and updated and the console just ran without an issue. All settings from my xbox one just crossed over and I was even able to plug my existing USB external hard drive I used with my xbox one and play all games instantly with no extra download or setup. Running games off of an external conventional hard drive wont be as fast as the SSD but if you dont care about saving 20 seconds then it's all good

Love this unit. I was luckily able to find this unit right when it was introduced into the market. Thanks to the kind folks at Best Buy, a quick online purchase reserved item for pickup. Item was ready for pickup as I walked up to the pickup counter 30 minutes later. It was a seamless transition. Thanks for good customer service.
