I love my new Xbox series x! It's so much faster and the graphics and game play are amazing. Definitely happy with the Xbox.

I’ve always purchase Xbox since the original 360. Never had an issue with the game system Xbox live and gamepass is a staple for my 2 boys and me. Can’t go wrong with the new series x this is our 3rd one, I own one purchased one for my older son and now my youngest

By far the best xbox ive owned. Went from a series S to the series X and the quality of the video output is so much clearer. Also runs smoother, quieter, and faster. Definitely plan on keeping this for a while

I love this Xbox. What else is there to say, it's the next gen Xbox. I had a Xbox One and then a Xbox One X and the Series X is just hands down better in every way. The UI is the same as the older Xbox One, but it is much snappier. All the graphics in games are way better, and the load times are insanely fast (think seconds instead of minutes). Also it plays every game the Xbox One plays (including all of the 360 and original xbox games that are available for xbox one). If you are looking to get into Xbox or just getting a new gen console, I would highly recommend.

Xbox-X is definitely the best gaming console I've ever had experience using. And, Bestbuy provides invaluable services in all terms of this business. Just, if the controller, for those like me who do not play every day, didn't get a little sticky buttons.

Cool powerful console with some great exclusive titles. Never gave me any problems. Great price to performance ratio when comparing it to gaming PCs.

The box arrived in perfect condition and just in time for the holidays. My little brother was thrilled with the upgrade from his Xbox One, and he loved how smooth his gameplay is now. The difference in graphics from last gen is huge!

I’ve only owned PS my whole life, but this was on sale so I gave it a shot. I love it! I finally can play any game I want. Game Pass is amazing. The system handles well. The only cons I have noticed are the downloads seem extremely slow and the controller has nothing on the Dualsense.

Small box, big package! Great system to run anything from Flight Sim to No mans Sky to... I have no friends...

So far so good, this is a big boy but runs really nice, be sure to keep in a well ventilated area because it can run hot with that top fan but no overheating so far, games have run great and I really enjoy quick resume makes switching games easy when my friends wanna hop on to our normal games, overall I'm very happy with my purchase, be warned however if you have a wireless headset there is a bug where it will turn your console on and your controller won't connect will probably be fixed with and update otherwise you just have to hard reset and resume as normal

The GUI and controller are almost the same so no big learning curve there. Just fast speed and better performance and graphics. I have a 12 tb hdd external hard drive 3.0 usb and it loads halo instantly and it's internal storage is even faster. PS5 has great short exclusive games right now but Gamepass can be a better deal. PS5 has the better controller but it drains battery after a few hours. Xbox has more hard drive space. Better multiple player experience. Both systems are amazing but if you have a PC and have Gamepass Ultimate you don't even have to buy any games!

Since this is a Christmas gift for my son, I'm unable to comment on using the product. However, I am able to comment regarding my purchasing experience. Since this is a very sought after item with limited availability, I was so overjoyed that you gave genuine purchasers a chance at acquiring one by staggering the "buy now" button thus preventing the "bots" from crashing the system which would've prevented others from purchasing. You made it even easier by allowing appointments for pickup in store and curbside pickup. I would definitely purchase again in the future.

This console has been great so far, if you want a graphical showcase game, play Forza Horizon 5 on this bad boy!
