The system is nearly flawless. The quality of the graphics and processing make it truly a "best buy" (see what I did there?). My concerns are minimal. The wireless controller has syncing issues once the rechargeable battery dies (had to purchase rechargeable batteries separately- lame), which require you to unplug the console from the outlet to fix. It screws up your position in the game. I also only use Game Pass, and 4 FPS games take up 2/3 of the 1TB space. Not sure if I'll buy additional hard drive, or just delete games. Hope this helped.

Not Damage Perfect Box condition and base price no scalpers prices been searching fir a series X for years Glad i can find one at the regular price at best buy ordered it online went to the store in the next few days to pick it up and it was perfect nothibg wrong with it the load times are non existent i load into any game within 7 seconds i love it to death im so glad i was able to get it in AMAZING condition and it was handled with care

Incredibly fast load times and quick resume makes this a huge leap forward for Xbox.

A great piece of Tech. While an Early adopter so still playing mostly older titles, the ease of use and incredible library provided from game pass make this (or even the Series S) A great value for the consumer. One note, while not as overall big as the ps5 don't let that fool you, the Series x is BIG! Laying on it's side in the horizontal position the console is actually HIGHER than the ps5 laying on it's side so make sure you have another space height wise to support the unit. **Will update review down the line once i get a few more miles into it!

The Xbox Series X is definitely a go get it now type of console if you haven’t already bought one.

Loving this console so far! The graphics look amazing, even the games that aren't yet optimized look better. The load time is crazy fast. The only issue we have right now is that it is much bigger than the previous console so we couldn't fit it inside our current tv stand as it needs to have air circulation around it. I also was impressed with best buy for having the extra security step during the purchase process- I think it is a great way to keep scalpers and bots away- I hope best buy will continue this practice for in demand items in the future!

I ended up selling my PlayStation 5 to get one of these, and I AM NOT disappointed! The machine is an absolute beast. It actually runs better than my gaming laptop! Wonderful price! Wonderful purchase!

Amazing console, loce the way is build, graphics are good and Game pass is the best, compare to my PS5 is better on remote play and on gamepass only down side is PS5 has more excluzives game.

I am an owner of both a PS5 and recently an Xbox Series X. Currently keep finding myself going to the Xbox to check out more games on the Game Pass library or even going back to some of the games I missed from previous generations whether it be a disc or digital purchase. My only knock on the system so far is that it is very bulky, so bulky that it doesn't fit in my entertainment center like all the other consoles have in the past. + Backwards compatibility + Game Pass - Bulky

The Xbox Series X is a fantastic gaming console. Games run smooth and crisp with 4K. Being able to cast games to your PC is a cool feature especially when your wife wants to watch her show and you want to play a game at the same time. The only negative thing is how Microsoft names their consoles. It would be a lot less confusing if they just added a number at the end of Xbox to represent the order of the console’s generation.

I liked the fact that you can buy gamepass and alot of games are free with it (gamepass doesn't cost alot) and you dont really have to buy the game, but if you get the gamepass and get a gamepass game, once it expires the progress will save but you cant play unless you renew gamepass.

I am old enough to remember the Intellivision console and it is remarkable to witness how gaming has evolved during the last 40+ years. Sure, the Series X design won’t win any awards and the latest UI update is too cluttered but who cares. Only three things matter. Do the games look, sound, and play great? Yes.

Great console, zero issues. Staff had me in and put and didn't bog down my time with addons.

Ive had a PlayStation 5 since launch. I loved it but nothing beats xbox. The interface is so smooth. Navigating Everything just feels easier on xbox ans lets face it. You cant beat all the games you get with xbox game pass. Straight win for xbox.

I was one of the few that played beat the bots second round of release and got one. I had the day one og Xbox , held out on the one x and the graphics can’t compare. Details I’ve never seen, game play smoother and less blurred. The quick resume game function is awesome, I can pause a game come back two days later to that exact point and continue playing. My download speeds seem about the same as the one, around 150-170mbps. If you still have the one, you’re doing it wrong. K/D ratio has gone up. Went pro my first week and now sponsored by Munster :)
