My first console in the XBOX ecosystem. Love the console design over the competition. One minor complaint, the game download just keeps getting stuck. It downloads for a while and then when you walk away and come back after a few hours you realize that it paused. Some game installers are buggy. You have the YT and find workaround. Other than that issue it is a great experience. Unlike their competition they don’t squeeze you for game upgrades to the latest XBX version

Honestly I could say so much about why I love this console, but, all that really needs to be said is quick resume...It is such a fantastic feature, life changing to a gamer. I jump between playing a single player game to a multiplayer thrown down with my friends in a matter of seconds. Not needing to go through menus each time I wanna play up a game is such a dream and worth the price of admission alone. I was really torn between gettin a PS5 or XSX...I landed on the XSX and I'm so happy I did! You'll love yours too when you get it!

Another next gen beast, Lucky that best buy had it there hard too come by

I am old enough to remember the Intellivision console and it is remarkable to witness how gaming has evolved during the last 40+ years. Sure, the Series X design won’t win any awards and the latest UI update is too cluttered but who cares. Only three things matter. Do the games look, sound, and play great? Yes.

Finally received a Series X after searching for months. Needed to replace my One X because of a broken disc drive, and this is a massive upgrade. Most of my games on the One X ran well, but the performance and graphical improvements from the Series X are amazing. Runs extremely well, fast load times and very responsive. Comparable to my Gaming PC for about 1/3 of the price. I cannot tell that it’s running based on noise or heat because it produces little to none of both so far. Great machine for the price!

Beautiful consol. I bought for my brother in law and works faster than his old one. He has access to more games and faster networks now.

My take has been decent so far, there has been a few things that I have found that I am not fond of, but I will get to them later. First and foremost I will talk about the good. This system is defintely the powerhouse it has been boasted to be and quite frankly so far in my opinion a well done performer done by xbox in terms of gaming experience, the graphics and the ability to call up games do not miss a beat with that said there are some games depending on the capability of the software it may struggle but that is not an issue with system in itself. Now, with the not as good, I have found, the fact that the lack of storage space has really drawn down on gaming capability. When about 8 to 10 games fills the internal storage and I have already discovered if you use external SSD for some reason it will randomly reboot some games. Not sure if it has to do with the type of connection difference. But it never happens when playing internal stored games. I also am a little concerned that this thing runs so hot all the time, I know it was designed this way, but it is a machine..... all machines break down over time. With that said I am still extremely happy with my purchase, so far it has been the best xbox to date.

The series X works exactly as advertised, an absolute powerhouse! With the All access pass the purchasing process was pain free, EASY, and really quick! They let me know my item was available a day early, I walked in to grab it, and walked out less than 5 minutes later excited to check out this new machine! Thank you both to Best Buy and to Xbox for this product, and the ease of access in getting to purchase it! You’re fantastic!

Works great with 4K 60FPS so far. Pretty quiet and not too warm. Controller build quality feels better than the previous generation.

Awesome console had to snag it when it was on sale practically a steal. Got it for my nephew who was excited about Star Field and Diablo 4. As for me I went with the PS5 god of war Ragnarok edition but now I think I might have went Xbox if I had to buy again not sure

This item was a gift. I asked them what they thought of it. This is their response. I like it. I just don’t know how much I’ll play it tbh. The campaigns take up so much time. Otherwise it’s cool! Plan is once the free game pass expires to cancel and just buy a game and play when I want

Great console! So far it has worked flawlessly. Love the new design that naturally lets the heat flow up and out of the console. Games running great! Thanks to Best Buy for the ease of purchase and pick up!!

I liked the fact that you can buy gamepass and alot of games are free with it (gamepass doesn't cost alot) and you dont really have to buy the game, but if you get the gamepass and get a gamepass game, once it expires the progress will save but you cant play unless you renew gamepass.

Been a solid console for us. My kids and I enjoy. Ise for gaming and videos, though I have a 4k player also

Love the Xbox X. Very fast and large storage capacity.

The Xbox Series console have a great UI with almost no changes from the Xbox One consoles, which is great. Being able to game in 4K 60 fps for only $500 is fantastic. And Game Pass let's you play so many great games for so cheap. My only criticism is that my controller began drifting in the left stick, which is definitely the worst stick to get drift in.
