Excellent piece of equipment the Xboxes made what it's for had no type of issues whatsoever it runs pretty much all day every day for all my TV uses such as video games streaming listening to music YouTube overall just excellent piece of equipment

Having waited quite a while to get this console, I must say that I'm absolutely satisfied with my purchase. Now, I just have to get my hands on a few of my CoD games to complete my game collection. Bottom line: This console is AWESOME!!!

I’ve had the series X since launch. Purchased this one for my wife so we can play Ark. Runs great as usual. Just wish it has the ease of expanding internal storage instead of investing in expensive proprietary expansion drives.

Series X is amazing. I much prefer it to my PS5. The controllers are 10 times more comfortable, GamePass is killer compared to the playstation equivalent, and I like the lay out more. It has been a pleasure to own and game on.

Wow! This thing has been incredible, I didn't expected to be so fast and be able to run on such a high quality. For the last 5 years I have been gaming only on my PC but I wanted a console for my new TV, and this has become my main platform for gaming, the gamepass it's way better on console than on PC.

Love this bad boy. Although I bought for the visual upgrade, I have to say one of the things I’m the most impressed by, are the lighting fast loading times. I was so used to booting up a game, and going to do other things while I waited for it to load. The first time I loaded up Red Dead Redemption 2, I got up out of my chair to do other things, (as I usually do) and game loaded before I could even exit the room. Lives up to the next gen console hype for sure.

The series X Is great highly recommend! The Gamepass option is what set this thing apart from everything else.

Great item! I've loved xbox for years but it's great to play my favorite games in 4K with great loading times.

Been on the fence of upgrading to the next gen system, but I’m glad I did. Smoother running, A LOT quieter than my Xbox one, doesn’t heat my room up like an oven, and graphics are amazing. The gameplay is fast and smooth compared to the Xbox one as well.

UI is basically the same as before, which I appreciate because it's already familiar. The One S was my first Xbox, and I upgraded to the Series X. It's basically going to be my Game Pass machine. Game Pass is a great thing to have, and the Quick Resume feature is also very very nice to have. I do wonder how much energy the instant-on power mode uses, as sometimes the console is warm to the touch even in the sleep mode. But other than that I don't think I have any complaints. Transferring from my One S was seamless.

So far so good. I've heard of there being some issues for others. But I've been using mine for multiple hours daily for about a month now. And haven't encountered any problems. Knock on wood! For the amount of time I play usually. I was expecting it to get hotter than it has. Especially hearing about other peoples issues. Hasn't really been hot. The fan setup seems to cool it down efficiently. Well I'd say if you're looking into getting a series x. If you have the same experience as I have. You'll be happy with the purchase.

Works great. Wish the OS was updated, but it is no big deal. Runs smoothly, graphics are excellent, and overall an excellent purchase. Best Buy made the process very smooth and would only recommend purchasing the Xbox through Best Buy; nobody else.

Plays games amazingly for a great price. The series X runs games better than my PC which is triple the price. I get up to 120 fps on most games and minimum 50. Best Buy makes it easy to buy and pick up too.

I'm thoroughly impressed by Microsoft's effort in this generation. I'm actually excited for the Series X more for it's backwards compatibility - there's a treasure trove of excellent games (Xbox, Xbox360, and Xbox One) that you don't see anymore. Game pass is also an amazing ecosystem for gamers. Think of it as Netflix for games. Cons: games run off of the internal SSD only, which fills up quick. Even with a disc, Series X copies files from disc to SSD for quick access. Discs are only needed for verification before playing.

I love my Xbox Series X! The packaging was sleek and very appealing, and the console itself runs like a dream. So far I’ve had zero issues playing any game I’ve downloaded to the console. The only thing I would change is that I wish I had bought it sooner!

We waited a few years before finally taking the plunge in upgrading our system from the Xbox One. I wish we had not waited so long! The Series X has been working flawlessly and we have really enjoyed diving back into gaming together.

I love the Xbox. It is spectacular and theres tons of games available! Very easy to use, and easy to set up! I love this console because the look is very modern and sleek. 100% recommend to all the gamers!

The help at the store was extremely excellent. I got to purchase a washer and dryer alongside an Xbox and a 75 inch TV.
