My first Xbox other than a little experience with the son's 360 so don't have a lot to compare to. It's very small considering what I know to be a lot of hardware inside. Runs cool and very quiet compared to my gaming PC which is pretty well sound insulated. It seems pretty fast compared to watching my son navigate and load games on his PS4 which I would expect having an NVMe drive. I highly suggest the Xbox Gamepass as there are a lot of games available along with EA Play and possibly adding UBiSoft in the future.

One of the best gaming consoles out there, I've always been fan of xbox for performance and quality of the games, this console nailed it and I would recommend it over any Playstation console ever.

Incredible machine. Sets up in a flash. The App is key for easy set up. Feels so smooth. HDR is incredible for upscaling games. Nice to have 800gb and purchasable expandable memory now. Obvious drawback are games. We need more. BUT the upscaling with game pass and HDR allows you to rediscover old games which is awesome. Playing the Xbox Series X with the Elite 2 controller and Arctis SteelSeries 9X is a transcendent experience. Truly the Ferrari of gaming. And it’s not THAT big compared to a Day 1 Xbox One.

i love my xbox. everything is super simple and it walks you through everything. the gamepass is a huge plus if you want to try different games but dont want to buy them just in case you dont like them. this is my first next gen console and i dont regret it.

My kids saved up for this and love it. It’s a sleek little design that sits on my media console and doesn’t look tacky like the video game consoles of MY childhood, so it works for all of us!

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He was VERY happy! Lol This thing has amazing graphics and sound!! It's a definite upgrade from his XBox One! This came with 1T storage built-in, a power cord and also a remote controler. Its nice that it stands up tall and gives him more space on the TV stand. Get it!! You wont be sorry.....the many upgrades are very worth it!

After spending eight years between the Xbox One and One X I can say this has been a worthy upgrade. I love the quick resume feature and load times are really fast in general compared to the One X. Xbox Series X games look incredible on my 4K TV and it’s really smooth. To get all this for $500 is a great deal compared to what it would cost to build a PC capable of similar performance. It took me 6 months of trying to be able to finally get the console but it was worth the wait.

Great console. I love it, 4k Gaming ez. I would highly recommend this. I was hoping for a PS5 but this is just as good.

I’ve always been an Xbox fan. I’ve tried or owned all of the PlayStation iterations, but I can truly say this is the best next gen console right now. It’s powerful, quiet, cools well, and the unique features like the quick resume on multiple games sets it apart from the competition. If you like any Bethesda game/franchise then I’d go with the Xbox Series X because they may make that studio Xbox exclusive or at least exclusive for an extended period of time now that Microsoft owns Bethesda. I got this for my wife for christmas because she needed a new upgrade from her previous model which was the elite 1tb model. The ease of use and graphics are amazing. And the console is outstanding. Would definitely recommend getting one if you don't have it.

Love the next gen. I had the OG 500 gb xbox one and needed an upgrade. Saw this available online on a Tuesday and luckily was able to snag one (picked up that Saturday). It works well with my old Sony 4k tv but I recently sold my tv and looking to purchase one with next gen hardware/software to get maximum output for this system. So far, so good. Quick, precise and I love how it doesn't make much sounds. I also love the instant on/quick resume feature. It boots up literally so fast.

No major surprises with console, except that it gets really hot. I purchased a wall mount and filter kit so it would have plenty of clean air flow. Had to move it from my electronics cabinet due to the excessive heat. Setup in several instances is a major pain.

I love the xbox, but the service at best buy was very sub par this time. They made me and the kids wait an extra 45 mins on a pickup order because "it was not ready" how hard is it to go in the back and get my xbox? Its not like you gotta put it together

I bought this for my grandson as a Christmas gift. he really loves it. he said its a lot better than his other xbox.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of product. The product was available at the store and had no issues.
