Having waited quite a while to get this console, I must say that I'm absolutely satisfied with my purchase. Now, I just have to get my hands on a few of my CoD games to complete my game collection. Bottom line: This console is AWESOME!!!

I really enjoy this Xbox so far, It is definitely an upgrade from my previous Xbox, I enjoy the fact that it has an SSD now so load times are extremely fast compared to an HDD, I have noticed complaints about it getting super hot but that isn't the case for mine at least, I have had days where I have played it for more than 4 hours and it hasn't felt like it's overheating at all, also as it is a next-gen console it does do better in terms of fps and graphics. Now it does have some flaws such as connectivity issues, I have had times where my controller or headset will disconnect and will refuse to connect unless I unplug the system entirely and plug it back in. Also, there have been times when I have been playing COD: Cold War it has completely turned off, I did read that Cold War was ending up bricking some series X consoles so I have stayed away from Cold War until the issue is properly handled and fixed. Other than that I have not had any other issues, I will say the good outweighs the bad with this console so far. I have not used the controller because I use a different one but it doesn't feel too much different than the previous controller.

I love my Xbox Series X! The packaging was sleek and very appealing, and the console itself runs like a dream. So far I’ve had zero issues playing any game I’ve downloaded to the console. The only thing I would change is that I wish I had bought it sooner!

Works great. Wish the OS was updated, but it is no big deal. Runs smoothly, graphics are excellent, and overall an excellent purchase. Best Buy made the process very smooth and would only recommend purchasing the Xbox through Best Buy; nobody else.

I’ve had the series X since launch. Purchased this one for my wife so we can play Ark. Runs great as usual. Just wish it has the ease of expanding internal storage instead of investing in expensive proprietary expansion drives.

Excellent. Finally decided to upgrade from the Xbox One to the Series X after using the Xbox One for 14 years. Love how quiet it is and how fast the load times are compared to the Xbox One.

Series X is amazing. I much prefer it to my PS5. The controllers are 10 times more comfortable, GamePass is killer compared to the playstation equivalent, and I like the lay out more. It has been a pleasure to own and game on.

Xbox is the best box. Our family has been purchasing the Xbox’s for many years. This latest one is amazing. As per usual, Xbox’s has our done itself. With the amazing graphics and versatility and being able to plays discs as well. It’s is simply awesome. Way to go Xbox…..,

Great console and the game pass all access is a “shut up and take my money” steal

Amazing console, loce the way is build, graphics are good and Game pass is the best, compare to my PS5 is better on remote play and on gamepass only down side is PS5 has more excluzives game.

I have been on xbox since 2004. The series x is a beast of a console. I like how easy it was to set with my account and just plug in my external hdd with all my xbox one games loaded on. I'm looking forward to playing new games with the benefits of this hardware and in the meantime I will revisit some older games with enhancements or just benefits from hardware. Being backwards compatible across 4 generations of xbox is awesome. I also like the fact that I can keep using my Power A Fusion Pro controller.

Not even sure where to start! Felt like a kid on christmas waking up early and getting it at 6am. Opening it up was visually beautiful. This system runs so fast and everything is wicked smooth. Visuals on the games are amazing even on my older 4K TV with HDR. Can't wait for the price of the q80T to drop so that i can fully max out the potential of the system. My fiancee gets mad at me from time to time because how much i spend playing AC and COD. This couldn't have come out at a better time though. Thanks Best Buy!

It was delivered the next day, and was as advertised. I've been playing it ever since.

Graphics are great, and my games load faster now..

Great system so far. Currently, I'm playing Gears of War 5 and Halo: The Master Chief Collection and I'm enjoying them so far. Gears of War 5 looks fantastic and runs smoothly. Halo: The Master Chief Collection looks great for an older generation video game and also, plays very smoothly as well. Have not got the chance to utilize Microsoft's game pass service, but I will probably sign up for it soon since they have 100s of games you can play immediately. Great system so far and I definitely recommend it.

Upon first upboxing, the system was made to last. Very sturdy and felt “expensive” and I was excited to get to the gameplay. Hooked up it up to my 4k, 120 hz TV and began to play. Every single game looked amazing, it was a much needed upgrade to what I was playing with before.

So I'm a Nintendo/PlayStation guy, but there's some things I like to play on Xbox which is why I bought this. It's very fast just like the PS5 thanks to the SSD. Also the backwards compatibility is miles ahead of both Nintendo and PlayStation. I love you can play games from every generation of Xbox. Also the controller is my favorite controller for gaming. I very much dislike the UI and menus. It's hard to navigate and I don't know where anything is, but I'll need to play around with it more. Also the one thing I dislike about the controller is how loud it is when buttons are pressed.

No major surprises with console, except that it gets really hot. I purchased a wall mount and filter kit so it would have plenty of clean air flow. Had to move it from my electronics cabinet due to the excessive heat. Setup in several instances is a major pain.

We waited a few years before finally taking the plunge in upgrading our system from the Xbox One. I wish we had not waited so long! The Series X has been working flawlessly and we have really enjoyed diving back into gaming together.

Bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it. She plays her favorite games and is able to interact with friends while playing. Graphics are great!
