I love my new xbox xs. Faster than my xbox 1. Downloading games that I was playing on xbox1 was pretty fast. So glad that I didn't have to wait long to start playing.

I really enjoy this Xbox so far, It is definitely an upgrade from my previous Xbox, I enjoy the fact that it has an SSD now so load times are extremely fast compared to an HDD, I have noticed complaints about it getting super hot but that isn't the case for mine at least, I have had days where I have played it for more than 4 hours and it hasn't felt like it's overheating at all, also as it is a next-gen console it does do better in terms of fps and graphics. Now it does have some flaws such as connectivity issues, I have had times where my controller or headset will disconnect and will refuse to connect unless I unplug the system entirely and plug it back in. Also, there have been times when I have been playing COD: Cold War it has completely turned off, I did read that Cold War was ending up bricking some series X consoles so I have stayed away from Cold War until the issue is properly handled and fixed. Other than that I have not had any other issues, I will say the good outweighs the bad with this console so far. I have not used the controller because I use a different one but it doesn't feel too much different than the previous controller.

This console blew my expectations, I definitely believe it’s a huge step up from previous generations, and it has been worth every penny. The graphics are on par with a gaming PC and the new Dynamic backgrounds are a nice touch along with all the new pre-download games you want to buy in the future feature so when you want to buy it you just pay and play it’s already installed and game pass ultimate is definitely worth the money!

I have been on xbox since 2004. The series x is a beast of a console. I like how easy it was to set with my account and just plug in my external hdd with all my xbox one games loaded on. I'm looking forward to playing new games with the benefits of this hardware and in the meantime I will revisit some older games with enhancements or just benefits from hardware. Being backwards compatible across 4 generations of xbox is awesome. I also like the fact that I can keep using my Power A Fusion Pro controller.

The sound for gaming was much improved over my Xbox One S console. The video improvement was not as noticeable because my 4K TV is a few years old and only supports 60fps and HDR10. The change from the Xbox One S was easy as I just copied my content from One S to the series X over the network. The Xbox S still had to download a significant amount of content on the series X to update the games that were copied over.

Great new console to power my 4k tv. Also being able to play at a high refresh rate for competitive shooters is a big plus.
