I love the xbox, but the service at best buy was very sub par this time. They made me and the kids wait an extra 45 mins on a pickup order because "it was not ready" how hard is it to go in the back and get my xbox? Its not like you gotta put it together

I upgraded to this from my Xbox One S, and I couldn’t be happier. Everything loads so much faster, and the games that are optimized for it look fantastic. My gameplay on Call of Duty Vanguard has definitely improved because of this console. Highly recommend. I will say that it does put out quite a bit of heat when being used, so I no longer have it inside a entertainment console.

Very impressed with the performance of this console. Fits well on my TV stand. Game pass will make this a game changer for anyone!

I have now had this about 9 months, was one of the lucky few to pick one up relatively early on. This is a gaming beast, running my sound system and 4K TV for it's full extent. Nice to have most games at 60 FPS, with some up to 120. This was an upgrade from Xbox One S. The 4K Bluray player works pretty well, too, though lacks Dolby Vision playback (Dolby Vision supported for gaming and streaming). If it is available, would recommend picking it up.

Upgrading from an original Xbox One has been a fantastic experience. MUCH faster loading and the faster frame rates, extra detail, and effects on cross-gen games is awesome. Can't wait for true next-gen games to see what it can really do! Only issue has been heat building up in my entertainment center, so I bought a small, quiet USB fan to help vent the cabinet and that took care of the problem.

While theres not many exclusives or new generation games around for this system to flex its muscles at the moment, I'm still happy with the purchase. The load times, (or lack of) are excellent; the system goes from being powered off, to completely on with a game playing in maybe 10-20 seconds. The system itself is very quiet, and not nearly as large as I had pictured in my head. Every game I've played runs smoother and looks better compared to my OG Xbox One.

Great console! Plays everything I want and well. This console was bought just for CFB24 but now I play a lot of games with it.

This is an excellent console. Much faster and better graphics than my Xbox one. I highly recommend purchasing this console if you want a better gaming experience.

The Xbox is perfect can't wait to give it to my daughter for Christmas .....As always great customer service at my local best buy. Was in and out......on black Friday !!!! They employees were all helpful and amazing in helping me find exactly what I was looking for

I bought the Xbox 10 Series for my Grandson for his 13th birthday. It made his day very special. He is enjoying the many options. It was easily activated. I would highly recommend this product for a vivid gaming experience

I love the Xbox and it was very nice buying it with a 2 year bundle for Xbox live ultimate/ game pass. The online features came loaded onto the system along with my personal Microsoft Xbox account and all of my previously purchased games!!

This console is hands down a better experience than the Xbox one x Changes gameplay and makes 4K look like a dream

Honestly runs amazing and I love having access to all the extra games that come with game pass and the ability to put my old 360 games in to play

Xbox Series X is an huge improvement over the Xbox One. Love the fast load times on games and the UI

I like it. Get to play old games and new ones. Physical edition is great for more options to buy games.

I got it though All Access. Its fast. I recommend getting it with Game pass ultimate.
