Microsoft came to play this gen. This system is a beast. So many improvements from the xbox one. The speed of loading, image enhancements, and the new controller is amazing feeling. The single greatest thing Xbox is doing right now that Sony is neglecting heavily is backwards compatibility. With Xbox they are making almost all games dating back from very first Xbox back compatible and this Series X makes the games look and run almost as if they were brand new games made today.

It was easy to install and works great ! Quality of picture and games is the best! It’s very sleek and fits about anywhere you want. The new controller we love it has texture for better grip ! A++++

Microsoft finally listened to customers on what they want in a console. Performance, graphics, and quality finally make it to the new Xbox Series X and at a decent price for what it’s built with. Pair it with an OLED LG 65C1PUB tv, or equivalent type tv, and it will blow your mind what the graphics will do on this console. Don’t buy if you are going to play it on a cheap tv. The graphics will only be as good as your tv allows…….

Solid console. The UI is the exact same as the Xbox One so, unlike the updated UI from PS4 to PS5, the experience of booting up the system and making it to the Home Screen felt underwhelming. System is quiet and performs well. Noticeable video quality difference from last gen consoles. The texture on the controller is nice, I just wish they didn’t feel small. I’ve always had trouble with the Xbox controller grip angle and trigger placement because I have large hands, but that’s more personal preference. All the consoles need more space. At least you get closer to a true 1TB of stock space without any additional hard drives vs the PS5 with around 800GB stock.

This Xbox was an amazing product! I’ve been wanting to get one for years and finally I was able to! It runs great and one of the best purchases I’ve made. Best buy employees made the process that much better too! Overall stupendous experience.

From a PlayStation user, this console is simply awesome you can experience SSD which makes everything really fast, no waiting time, backwards compatibility with older Xbox games, smart delivery to make your olde games run even better, you can also have Native 4K at 60fps or 120fps depends on your TV, I’m really happy with the Series X so for sure not going back to PlayStation, also if you use the GamePass, that will improve your experience a lot. I’d recommend this console to anyone.

Great console especially if you subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate. I primarily play on PlayStation (PS5), but the value of Game Pass is undeniable. If you are a hardcore console gamer you definitely need to pick up a Series X. The purchase process with Best Buy was very smooth and I had no issues. I placed my order online and then picked up in store when I was notified my order was ready.

Powerful console! Enough storage to keep a few games in your normal rotation, although I would still recommend purchasing the Seagate Storage Expansion Card(1TB or 2TB) if you want to maintain a larger ‘ready to play’ library! Quietly runs and stays cool!

If you loved the Xbox One platform but hated the endless buffering, long load times, and sub 1080p resolutions at 30 FPS, you should really consider upgrading. Not only will you get to enjoy the benefits of 3 years worth of Xbox One X enhanced games, but you'll also get to enjoy ridiculously short load times, higher resolutions, and more consistent framerates without any of the quirks of the Xbox One. Plus, with Gamepass, you really can't find a more well rounded entry into the new gen.

My son loves this newupgrade from his previous Xbox One S. He said that everything runs so much faster!

The new X-Box is so updated and so advanced, compared to my old one, It’s been great playing the new collage football game, Woujd recommend the X-Box1 to everyone!

I’ve owned this for about a year now and haven’t had any issues. If you’re on the ropes still for upgrading your Xbox one to a series X or even the S, I’d say it’s worth it, once I switched to the new model all of my games have run smoother and it makes for a better experience.

Great addition to my setup. I thoroughly enjoy habing a console with a disk drive rather than relying on an internal hardrive to store all my games. I know that all devices have an internal hardrive, but it's nice being able to have physical copies of the games I enjoy.
