My wife got one for me last Christmas. I'm a PlayStation guy and my last xbox was a 360. I setup the gamepass and it is blast. It has ton of games and a great list. Plus, if you have a PC, you can get more games. I'm really impressed with this console. On the other side, the list of exclusive games is very short and not diverse as PS5.

Best buy is simply the best hands down I would never go to another electronics store ever again

The console is good with the exception of how hot it gets. I had a controller next to it and when I picked up the controller it was so hot. It's blowing a lot of hot air out of this thing. I googled it and it says that this is normal behavior. It's still a little concerning when I occasionally reach for something next to it and feel that heat. Hate the controller. Xbox One controller is better. I still have an Xbox One controller, so I'm using that with the Series X. The Series X controller made my hands cramp up bad. I googled it and found that it's slightly smaller than the Xbox One controller. That slight difference is a problem for me. I don't like the textured grip either. That shouldn't be a part of the design. If people want texture let them buy a textured sleeve.

This is the 2nd time buying the mini fridge(Xbox One) to play games on. Bought another for the other room so we can play without split screening. Microsoft is always great in my eyes. Will keep buying Xbox Consoles in the future!

It came brand new and while the overall price is a bit more as is the nature of buying things with buy now pay later, it is the ability to make low monthly payments (more if you are able and want to payit off faster) that make this a worthwhile purchase for me

Alright. This thing is amazeballs! I can't wait til more titles get released, because the lack of launch titles is the only negative right now. But the games that have been optomized for it, they are gorgeous! Speed is awesome, titles boot up super quickly, joy pretty much flows to my eyeballs from the moment the little x lights up :-) I have played the ps5 as well, and honestly - they are both great. I like the xbox controllers more, and can't wait for halo infinite.

Only having this system for a few days, the improvements are dramatic over last gen systems. Quick resume, 4K, 60 -120 fps options in games, game pass, back catalog of games makes me feel like a kid in a candy store. No kinect of any kind. No power brick either. No noise other than disc loading, but not intrusive. Does get a bit hot, but nothing concerning. Very fast and responsive going from game to game and within the UI. You will never want to go back to previous systems.

Purchase was smooth, easy and I had no issues picking up my online purchase in store. I got it at a great price and have been really happy with my purchase thus far. 10/10

I've been extremely impressed thus far and have had no issues at all. This thing is amazing, especially if you have a new TV that supports HDMI 2.1. The quick resume is something I never knew I needed and now I can't live without it and not to mention the value of game pass. I have nothing but good things so far. All I can suggest is getting a new HDMI 2.1 4k tv that supports high refresh rates, turn off the lights and start up Forza Horizon. You will be impressed.

I'm really happy with this product. Got the day it came out and was very excited to play it. The quick resume is extremely convient and there are games that i havent played in months, that when i play open my last session. The controller feels good too. Was a bit dissapointed that the user interface was the same as the xbox one s but thats just me nit-picking. There also not that many games exclusive to it so this is a long-term inventment.

Smooth interface, Game pass ultimate is awesome. Cloud gaming is the best thing to happen to gaming. No more external hard drives and corrupted files. Microsoft and XBOX keep it coming with the cutting edge tech.

I bought this for Forza Motorsport and it's been awesome. My son has one and also a PS5 with Gran Turismo and he prefers the Xbox/Forza combo. I added the Elite controller which is considerably better than the included controller (which ain't bad).

Been waiting a long time for this and It did not disappoint! I love the design, it's a incredibly quiet console, and a real beast of a machine. Really bummed that Halo Infinite is delayed till fall 2021 but after the fiasco of Cyberpunk.. I'm okay with it. The optimized XSX games look and play amazingly. I would 100% suggest getting a monitor or tv that has HDMI 2.0 capability to utilize the biggest XSX features. Excellent console and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Power your Dreams is the slogan and this is literally a dream come true. It is ridiculously fast, can be booted up playing a game right where I left off in SECONDS. You have to see it to believe it when it comes to Ray Tracing and Native 4K 60 fps. Exclusives coming early next year, in the interim Assassins Creed, 2K21, Gears 5, Forza H4 are a must. Plus all the Gamepass titles that have upgrades. The hype is real, hop on board and don’t think twice if you are able to get one.

We upgraded from a One X that was 7 years old & beginning to have some issues. From the second I plugged this new one in, it was AMAZING! The graphics, the speed… everything absolutely top notch. Highly recommend, if you are hesitant, don’t be. No regrets on this purchase.

The Xbox is such an amazing console and 4K is so stunning on it . Happy I was able to get it from my local best buy
