Absolutely love the console, Xbox One games look noticably better on internal or external storage and load faster if installed on the internal. UI is exactly the same as Xbox One so no learning a new setup. Super quiet, even when playing Series X games I don't hear a thing. Handles HDR better than the One X did. Two problems, #1. Storage: only a terabyte, which with series x games, fills fast. After that, you're only option for series x game storage is a $220 terabyte expansion. Xbox One games store and play on an external, Series X games only store on them so the internal space is at a premium and more is quite costly. #2. There aren't any games atm that show what it can really do. There are nice looking upgrades to last gen games but nothing yet built to harness the power this machine holds. Once that happens the console will really shine but the cost of storing those amazing experiences may bee too steep for some.

Great product, was super easy to go in and purchase this, it was easy to setup and start playing video games on. Good console and plays modern games fairly well. The people in the store were extremely helpful in getting the item I wanted to purchase.

I mean... You already know. I have the same complaints you all have already heard - controller batteries, no audio for captures w/o additional software, etc. But overall, love the system, especially the size - much smaller footprint than predecessor. There are minor audio issues that sometimes present themselves when switching from one tv to another, but a power cycle typically resolves the issues.

It's everything that they say it is. You will love it. Only takes a fraction of the time to load even the largest game files. It only has 1tb of storage on board so you will have to get an external hard drive. If you want to play games the way they were meant to play on this machine, you will uave to make sure that game is loaded and installed on the internal ssd. The problem is that most tvs won't be able to make use of the power.

Great console lets me stream and play games in 4K.

Extremely capable in displaying quality graphics at a high refresh rate. Paired with an adequate monitor is a must. The 1 TB of storage goes by pretty quick but you can find cheap external hard drives. Controllers have don’t last very long about 6-8 months of daily use.

Loads up GTA very fast compared to my last console (Xbox one X). I’m very happy with fast load times. Only downside is 1TB hard drive since most games these days are anywhere from 50GB-150GB. Limits you to about 8-10 games to be stored on console.

Amazing upgrade over the original Xbox One I had. I’ve held off on getting and Xbox One X for 2 years knowing this release was just around the corner. Fantastic graphics and frame rate. I’m also a PC gamer so the Game Pass Ultimate is definitely worth it. It’s nice to finally be able to take advantage of my newer 4K TV that I was missing out with my Xbox One. Also hats off to BestBuy for smooth purchase transaction.

Game play is very smooth and load times are so much faster than the xbox one

I use this console for all my entertainment needs now!! It is super fast and really quiet! I don’t have the 120 hz TV (just a 4K 60 hz TV), but the frame rates of the games I’ve played thus far have been silky smooth! Game pass is really amazing! Just need a new console exclusive soon! Hopefully Halo! Best of luck to people still trying to cop this console or any of the other next gen consoles, be patient you’ll get one soon!

The product was easy to use as with most xbox products and has an easy set up guide. I mostly use it for watching TV because the anime sitea dont seem to come on smart tv apps. I dable with games here and there it works pretty good.

Been an Xbox fan for quite some time, Microsoft didn’t disappoint. Streaming, Gaming, etc…. Happy with my expensive purchase.

Been awhile since I played games last system was Xbox 360. Had to get back into it and was lucky to get a pre order on the series x so far so good played Cold War last night super fun graphics looks great at 4K but I only have 60fps on my tv witch is not bad at all the pre down load feature helps out a lot so your not waiting around looking at a screen Xbox is small compact size and heavy little thing I’m happy think you will too!

Incredible machine. Sets up in a flash. The App is key for easy set up. Feels so smooth. HDR is incredible for upscaling games. Nice to have 800gb and purchasable expandable memory now. Obvious drawback are games. We need more. BUT the upscaling with game pass and HDR allows you to rediscover old games which is awesome.Playing the Xbox Series X with the Elite 2 controller and Arctis SteelSeries 9X is a transcendent experience.

I was lucky to get this system and I got to say its really great. I was able to get a great deal on Xbox game pass so I have a large library of games I can play. Quick resume is really awesome as well. I disconnect my Xbox to switch rooms and all my resume from the last location I left it. While I'd say PS5 got better exclusive Xbox is on the come up with game pass.

Bought for brothers birthday. Kid plays on it every day and has a way faster loading time than previous Xbox. Not really any noticeable frame drops
