Lightning fast and consistently excellent performance. Does not overheat if well-ventilated, and pretty quiet overall. 1TB of storage admittedly feels sub-optimal as file sizes grow, and as the storage expansion remains expensive. Huge upgrade over original XBox One, but I did not own any of the iterative updates.

Easy to set up, much faster then then the Xbox one.

Works as intended. Menus and navigation the same and even faster. Only downside is that there is no functionality to turn it on when the tv turns on. This used to happen with my old Xbox One X but doesn't work on the Series X for w/e reason. Also shout out to Best Buy for getting it to me. Was on other sites and said wouldn't be shipped till May or June. Best Buy got it to me within 1 week.

Buy it if you can. It's good hardware and when developers finally start dropping games optimized for the platform it's going to be amazing. One gripe. Setting up some of the streaming apps is very confusing. Xbox asked what things I wanted to install during setup, great, however at some places in the UI clicking on what looked like the Netflix app just prompted me to install it. That bit was a bit painful

actually, other than the fact that I kept waking up all night to try the "website button for X box availability" on the indicated day, I was very pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and ease of the transaction; I had been advised to have a Best Buy account prior to logging on to purchase my X box, so that also was very helpful I received frequent and clear email and text communication from BB as well

My son saved his money to buy the new Xbox. We ordered it online from Best Buy and it was ready within two hours for pick up. The system works great.

Used to the PS4 and earlier, so the control is a bit different. But, it's a great machine and loads every super quickly. No glitches or other issues. Glad to have it because Microsoft owns all the good game companies now.

Quick setup. Very fast on startup process. Load times definitely improved. No problems at all with this console. Xbox one hub transitioned over to the xbox series x hub before the series x came out, making the transition over to this system the same only with faster response time. The console is very quiet. Definitely buy an elite 2 controller as the quality is much better than the original controller.

I owned an Xbox 360 quite a while back and Xbox has definitely improved over that time. The controller has a great feel. The gameplay is much more fluid and picture quality is amazing. I also like that you can remote play on your tablet, phone, etc. Definitely recommend if you want to play games in the Xbox ecosystem!

Was a playstation man since the PS1 came out. I still have my PS5 but decided to give the xbox a shot. I was pleasantly surprised with the exception of the quality of the controller. Everything else, 5/5. Definetley recommend.

I haven’t played Xbox in a long time and finally decided to get a new one. I like the look of the box and it’s a powerful machine. Great graphics on the games and I can play all my older 360 games still.
