Not gonna lie I have always been a playstation guy so not having any PS exclusives to play left me disappointed since it is much harder to get your hands on a PS5 vs an Xbox One. But all in all the value you get for $500 vs trying to build a pc for that price is insane! The benefit of the Xbox over the PS5 is that it offers 1440p gaming at 120hz also.

A whole two years later and still works like new ofc, Not to mention i got them when it was a shortage. Only thing is the controller that came with it eventually developed stick drift out of nowhere.

Love the console. It’s a nice upgrade from the One X that I still have and the fact that I can still use the old controllers is awesome. The only thing I did NOT like was that I had to be online to play the game pass games. I’ve been moving homes and I had it sitting there for a while cause for who knows what reason why it didn’t want to play my disc game. It kept asking to upgrade and download the whole game when I already had it installed. I didn’t have the wifi hooked up to download the game so the console was useless. Might have been user error but I’m not sure. Other than this, I play without any issues! I bought the expansion memory card. MUST HAVE!

The games i’ve played on this console have been multiple times more enjoyable then the last generation, quciker load times, vast open worlds to explore, and many more features. It’s a great gift for christmas.

Worst experience ive ever had trying to buy something, delivery was suppose to be monday so left work early, then they changed the date to tuesday which i knew i wouldnt be able to be so i call and told them to change it to Wednesday they said ok but what do you know i get a text on Tuesday saying its being delivered, told him i was home and requested delivery to be Wednesday. He said hed make a note. I noticed that night i got an email saying they were canceling my order so i called support AGAIN and explained what happened and they said it would be delivered Wednesday so AGAIN i took work off early just to find out they cancled my order and there exact words when i called again were "sometimes it is what it is..." i literally couldnt make that up. Catch this, best part is i havent gotten a refund so im out $650 with no xbox and lost money from leaving work

So far so good I am a big fan of the remote play as I can let my wife or kids use the TV and grab my tablet and continue where I was without an issue. The only issue was when I received this item the Game Pass that came with it was marked as expired. This was a Microsoft issue was resolved in a timely manner.

Despite being a few years old it is surprisingly faster than the Xbox One. I didnt think it would be that much faster but games load almost instantly. Gone are the days of the 5 to 10 minute loading.

Absolutely great console. I bought it on a whim when I was trying to get a PS5 but had an opportunity to get a XSX instead (I now have both). I play the XSX way more because Game Pass Ultimate is really like nothing else. Don't choose between XSX and PS5; they are so different, and both amazing, don't overlook this amazing console because the PS5 has good exclusives (at some point....)

I just got my first job and after my third paycheck I wanted to spoil myself and I bought a Xbox Series X It’s amazing and Best Buy has helped so much and having geek squad threw Best Buy Is amazing

Console comes in handy when my PC games come out to be too expensive. This also has a plus of having the disc drive which nobody uses nowadays so physical copies typically run cheaper than digital titles. Gamepass is a plus too and optimization for certain games vs windows lets me enjoy gaming without hassle.

Great system superb graphics completely satisfied all around happy

Took a long time to update and pull all my games from my xbox One. Once it completed it is much faster and seems to have better graphics. Very happy i was able to use my existing controllers.

We've had this for a year now & we've had no problems, it's been running really well.

This xbox is my favorite of all the xboxes. It works the best. Most games are still online multiplayer playable between this one and older modles. And it runs better. Its just better.
