We've had this for a year now & we've had no problems, it's been running really well.

I bought this specifically for the new Halo game but it's not out yet. I had to try others but I will say that you will LOVE this console!!! It's PC level graphics and it's lightning fast! The lighting effects are like nothing I've ever seen before. Only this I'm not a fan of is the shape. I use it as a 4K Blu-ray player and it no longer fits snuggly in my entertainment center. I highly recommend it.

Hands down Xbox X download speed is incredible. Uploaded speed is quick, however depending on wifi speeds may vary. But so far, I'm truly happy with this purchase. If you're a serious gamer this unit is for you! Game pass ultimate is a must have and this form factor. 5 stars all day everyday.

Worst experience ive ever had trying to buy something, delivery was suppose to be monday so left work early, then they changed the date to tuesday which i knew i wouldnt be able to be so i call and told them to change it to Wednesday they said ok but what do you know i get a text on Tuesday saying its being delivered, told him i was home and requested delivery to be Wednesday. He said hed make a note. I noticed that night i got an email saying they were canceling my order so i called support AGAIN and explained what happened and they said it would be delivered Wednesday so AGAIN i took work off early just to find out they cancled my order and there exact words when i called again were "sometimes it is what it is..." i literally couldnt make that up. Catch this, best part is i havent gotten a refund so im out $650 with no xbox and lost money from leaving work

I think people use this for playing games, I’m not sure. It works great as a little table though. You can fit a couple of drinks on it while playing your PS5. It’s also good for kicking when your mad at the world.

Awesome console. Huge upgrade from my previous model. Runs smooth and performs as advertised.

The system is great, however I'd more like to comment on the experience picking it up. I ordered online over black Friday and the process was seamless and all the workers I interacted with were very helpful!!

best counsel on the market havent had a singel problem with it / game pass is the best.

I received it early and set it up. The setup process took a little while and updating my previous gen games but the processor speeds are much better. Loading screens go by much quicker. I love it.

XSX has been reliable and quiet after regular use. No problems with software or hardware. Fairly infrequently games might crash. Really can show it's potential when paired with the right TV for gaming.

Sweet. 4K really makes a difference. Loads times are faster. Plus, I didn't realize the different animations and things that were missing when I played the older Xbox One versions of games. For example, Madden 23 plays a lot different on Series X VS Xbox One. Make the upgrade if you can.

No problem with the product. Shipping issues caused a few days delay but the actual product itself is perfectly serviceable.

120fps is legit. Load times are greatly reduced . Games like Gears 5 and Borderlands 3 took a hot minute on my one x by comparison. Quick resume is also awesome. This thing just really blows the previous gen out of the water,. My only issue is when I try and record some clips on Gears 5, the gameplay is blacked out. Other than that, this is just an amazing piece of hardware. Especially for this price.

Everything from the unboxing to the first use was fantastic. Its so much faster and smoother and higher res than the Xbox One and it looks like there are a lot of exclusives on the way. The new controller made improvements in all the right places yet still feels very familiar. My only complaint is that the storage is already full due to the backwards compatibility and how many games I already have.

It’s a Xbox not much going on here solid system even if Microsoft is gutting all of their AAA studios

Next generation console, hoping the next generation games are coming. AC Valhalla is fun and looks great but not many other games available with next level graphics. The whole system is much snappier and responsive than the outgoing console which is to be expected. It is a bummer that any optimized for series x games cannot be run off of a usb hard drive and only the internal drive/expansion card.
