I love my Series X. The fan is quiet. Load times are super fast. And the ability to jump between games quickly is so nice. Dont waste your money on a Series S because game makers are having a hard time programming for the lower power.

Graphics and speed improved over Xbox one x, still needs to set out consoles with the idea that 2 players in the house enjoy the game and should have 2 controllers in the box. And rechargeable or ability to cable up if the batteries die right when you beed them most to finish a level.

Best Buy employees were very nice and helpful, made me feel welcomed and taken care of.

If you’re already in the Xbox Ecosystem this is an incredible buy. Be patient and don’t buy scalped, this console is incredible and well worth the price. The only issue is storage, X|S games can only be installed on the internal 880Gb space. Upgrading this costs $220 for one more terabyte for a proprietary Seagate SSD. I haven’t hit this issue yet tho. Highly recommend.

Great item (if you can get your hands on one). Definitely makes use of 4K tv.

Awesome relaxation for real time online entertainment with optimal graphics and scenes. My true a-line time companion and online group meet up hiatus! The merge of both my selves I love it!

As far the actual Xbox goes, it's a good system. Runs great, gives me little problems (none at all actually), has a wide variety of games, etc. The only problem I really have with this is that I cannot hear chat audio when I am streaming. I can hear my own voice but no one in my party. Also, when I get clips from games, I can't hear ANY chat audio. That is my only complaint about this system.

Of you dont have a new console yet, its a great deal. The monthly subscription for xbox gives you a ton of new games for free and it seems pretty friendly with linking to your home smart devices.

What more to say?It's a microsoft mass Produced product.

Overall shopping experience in riverhead has been spectacular for several trips now. Colleen has helped me a few times now from stoves to Xbox, she is tremendously knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. James in the Geek Squad ran me down in the parking lot to let me know an item was just received too. They are amazing there. I will continue to shop at best buy in riverhead because of people like this.

This product was sent to the wrong address but I was able to collect it. The product was very easy to set up and Xbox is work great. I have not had a single issue since I started playing with it.
