I preordered from Amazon on 9-22-20 and got the delayed email the day before release, ended up ordering another from bestbuy after release and got here a week later while Amazon was delayed another month. SMH. The system is amazing, I went from Xbox one to series x and the upgrade is day and night. Game load in sec and the graphic is true 4K.

Excellent console if you are able to find one. Plays games noticibly smoother compared to Xbox One X. Quick Resume is a great feature for switching between games. They kept the IR feature with this console as well. This allows me to continue using the Xbox Media Remote as I have since the Xbox One.

Xbox is A plus. Was for my teenage son. He is very satisfied

Definitely has a better graphics with the 4k, loads up fast, the only issue we've had, is the controllers lost signal. It took us a hour to get it find at least 1 controller, not sure what was wrong. That was pretty scary, considering you just can't go take it back and get another one, due to the shortage. Other than that, it works great.

Great upgrade from the original Xbox One. 1tb integrated SSD is world changing, games load up super fast. Love how backwards compatible all my old games are with the new console as well

My boyfriend loves this xbox and how fast it is compared to his old one. 10/10 recommend!

I upgraded from an original Xbox One, and it is so much better. I’m also impressed with how fast it takes to load games. There was one incident where my cat accidentally unplugged the Xbox, but I lost no progress and the game was able to load back up as quick as possible. This purchase made me temporarily broke, but I have no regrets.

I got the console quite some time ago when it was very hard to get because of all the botters, but with a little research on Best Buy online drop times I was able to secure one. The graphics and frames you can run games on it are pretty amazing considering the console is $500.

The Xbox is fantastic, speed times are great and I love the fact that my old Xbox 360 and Xbox One games work perfectly. I could not be happier with this purchase.

Obviously a huge upgrade from an Xbox 360 to the Series X. I've been playing a catalog of Xbox One games that I missed last generation, and it has been great! Beautiful graphics, 60 FPS for some games that ran at 30 on Xbox One, and pretty fast load times. Impressed so far, can't wait until the exclusives start coming!

Been with PlayStation lately but I like but I decided to try Xbox back out again. Surprisingly I’m having fun lots of games on the gamepass smooth and fast

My son was super excited and in shock when I gave him the Xbox Series X. This was the top item on his Christmas wish, but it was out of stock everywhere. I received a in stock notification that Best Buy had them in stock and I was lucky enough to snag one. The graphics are beyond amazing!!!

This console is just awesome. The graphics are superb as long as you have a 4K TV. The load time will blow your mind with how fast games load. Only complaint that I have it the placement of the streaming button on the controller, it gets in the way in the most opportune times/ middle of a really important boss fight.

I had my old Xbox One for 5-6 years and I just needed a new one. So i went all out and bought the newest one and now I have good quality and it is a lot faster.

My son saved and save to buy him a new one. He’s been using their original Xbox and it’s about to die after about 12 years. He’s a very very happy with this one.
