Fast and they treat people good when you get there

Just what we expected. The sales specialist when we bought the Xbox was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was so kind and really went out of his way to help.

Pros: super fast loading, near quiet operation, old gen accessories all compatible, all old games are backwards compatible, and xbox game pass is amazing and constantly getting better Cons: runs super hot (needs plenty of ventilation); no actual series x/s games released yet (only backwards compatible games are available)

I bought this for my son. The speed is much better than the previous Xbox One we purchased at Best Buy. He is very happy with the improved graphics and changes made to the controller.

Crisp graphics, fast interface, super quiet. Very happy with the purchase, Best buy was great with launch day got a call the night before to let me know my series x would be ready for pick up in the morning, and they even opened early so the pre-order people could pick up their new systems first thing in the morning! Great job Best buy!

If you are looking for a next gen experience this is it. Unfortunately, most people will need to realize that there are no real games out now that take full advantage of this hardware (this includes the PS5). The features such as quick resume and smart delivery are great and the loading times are FAST! I can't go back to my Xbox one X.

Absolutely amazing system! Games load instantly and look amazing. Love the design and looks great sitting upright. Setup was a breeze using the xbox app. No great exclusive games yet, but they’re around the corner! If you’re lucky enough to find one in stock don’t hesitate and buy it. The xbox runs amazing, doesnt look as nice as my halo edition version. Waited in line 5 am to get it, vs 3:30 for the halo edition. Wait in line to obtain one of theses, almost impossible to get online, sells in less then 2 minutes.

Some people looking for the Play Station but i got to tell you the Xbox Series X is solid. 4K gaming is on point ! No lags !!! Super fast resume feature. And you cant beat the value ox xbox live. If your trying to build a gaming computer the $499 xbox series x is got you beat !

Its crazy how much power this thing has in such a compact package. If you can get one for MSRP you would be hard pressed to built an gaming PC with equivalent power for the same price and in today's climate of GPU shortages, forget about it! This console paired with Game Pass is hard to beat!

Like like 4.5 stars. What can I say? It's an improved Xbox, it's fast and quick resume/restore works great. But if you're looking for a brand new experience than your One, it isn't there, yet. Sure games run and load a ton better due to the SSD and improved hardware, but the clunky UI is the same. Backward compatibility runs without a hitch for all the games I care about. I got this on launch day, and logged quite a few hours on it. Coming from the Xbox 360, then the PS4, and now back to Xbox onboarding and setting up the console was easy. I purchased this more for the long term, as devs start to take advantage of the hardware and Microsoft, hopefully, improves the UI then I can be comfortable giving it a 5 star.

My husband is typically a PlayStation gamer, got him this bad boy for his birthday & he will not get off that thing!!!! He absolutely loves it!!!!

Xbox is A plus. Was for my teenage son. He is very satisfied

Smooth quiet and fast. Best way to describe the upgrades on the series x. The quick resume on the system brings you in game almost instantly in comparison the longest load screen I’ve had was 10 sec long and graphics on quick resume have no problems! Fantastic system. The initial setup is a slight pain but all in all well worth it.

My grandson loved it! He is 6 and already into game systems. Xbox is easy to use, he learned fast!
