Exactly what we expected. Works better and faster than the last model. No complaints at all.

I missed out on last gen (PS4/Xbox one) and wanted to get into next gen so I gave the series x a shot, I'm very impressed. Games looking amazing in 60fps, gamepass is a wonderful deal, console feels premium and it's very quiet.

SoFREAKIN excited when my husband just happened to see this was in stock at our local BB. It’s a beast. The only thing is that to play series x games they have to be installed on the system or buy a special external hard drive. You can’t just connect yours.

I always really like the Xbox interface, combine that with much more powerful hardware and you have a winner. Only minor complaint is stick drift on the controller after a year. I suspect I just got a defective one. None of my friends have had the same problem

Waited till available, bought in Hyannis mall. Went to GameStop asked girl if they have any, she said good luck getting one. Checked out BB app said they have 1 in stock. Girl in BB brought out new Xbox x Extremely satisfied with the service and product.

The new updates have the system in full swing. This is the 2nd Xbox Series X I own and they are incredible in learning your sweet up for you. It makes gaming at an optimal level for your current set up as easy as child's play. This is truly a winner for this generation of game players!

A compact machine! Everything you need in a console!

It’s a nice upgrade from my Xbox one s. Gaming is way faster and the picture is so much better.

Great system. I love the backwards compatibility, I can play games from all Xbox generations. So no guilt buying a new system while I have a huge backlog. It even makes the old games perform better. The new generation games look fantastic and load times are great. Gamepass is a great value in gaming. Happy with my purchase.

It works as it should. It is pretty big so carrying it anywhere can be a little hectic. I haven’t had any problems overall and I game very often. So it works for me 100%.

I was finally able to purchase a Series X after months and months of waiting. I had an Xbox One S and X previously and, aside from a form factor change, I am not sure I see a huge difference. Games are supposed to be optimized for the Series X, but I really cannot tell the difference between the "unoptimized" version on my One X and the updated version on the Series X. It does have a SSD slot for upgrading memory, which is nice. Although, I was a little disappointed with only 1 TB of storage. I had to purchase another TB of SSD storage for about $250 to keep all of my previous games.

Great upgrade from my series S, extra storage is really nice and the extra 8 Tflops of GPU power definately improves graphics quality.

A noticeable upgrade from the previous model. I really like everything about this...the speed, lightning fast load times to incredible graphics. Loads and runs my favorite game (Battlefield 1) faster and better. Expandable memory if needed. Only thing I dont like is the computer tower-like design. But definitely a good console.

Already had a PS5 and bought this for games that arent offered for PS. Not a huge fan of Xbox. It runs great and i love the gamepass, however, PS5 just has more features and easier to find settings.

I love my series x. This is the second one I've purchased for myself and I've purchased 2 others for other people. Highly recommend.

Upgraded my XBOX from the 1X to the X Series. What a difference in Speed and Graphics!!!

Not much difference from my old one X but the speed of load times makes it worth every cent ! Playing Cyberpunk with No issues ! Cheers !

Obviously the greatest gaming console to date. I can not believe the speed of this thing. Between startup to loading times, from download speeds to the “quick resume”. This thing is simply amazing. So thankful I was able to get my hands on one this year. Thanks to BestBuy for having this thing on my doorstep the day of release too!

The 1tb series x is the most powerful console we could ask for and if you are like me, you won’t be disappointed with Best Buy’s warranty and geek squad options!
