Things great but some areas could be fixed. Sometimes I feel as if I'm playing on the old console. The developers need to spend some time with the console and build to its advantages. Both consoles have the capability of being great it’s just a matter of time until it’s running smoothly through updates.

I love the system! Way better graphics in my opinion

Haven't had an Xbox system since the 360 and this machine is great. No bells and whistles, just fast and quiet. Load times are finally like a solid PC. No issues to date aside from no true next gen games to play. Cyberpunk maybe but it is a buggy mess. Highly recommend this system even if you have nothing but a PS catalogue.

It does everything its supposed to do but I just can't use it over PC gaming. I even bought this twice and I didn't scalp. First one I sold $100 under retail, second I gave to a friend's son. Still consider giving it one more chance and getting another later.

Love it!!! I was a little worried about purchasing this from Best Buy but all the reps were amazing and friendly and the Xbox works perfectly

Started off with the 360 when I was a kid and the series x is just as easy to ise as they were back then. Powerful little box of fun.

It is a great choice if you want something new, it really get the things more faster that the past generations and worth every cent that pay for it!!

Compared to upgrading from an Xbox One S to an Xbox One X, this a huge leap from Xbox One X and really puts your gaming to a whole other level, nothing but pros for this console. Only cons (if you can consider them cons) to this console is the lack of an HDMI In port and an Optical port.

The series X is a great machine. My only gripe is that it will overheat pretty quickly. That was easily fixed with a fan kit from Amazon.

Son loves it…can’t go wrong with an Xbox, and took advantage of an excellent deal/promo.

I finally put my hands on the new Xbox abs I have got to say I am glad I did. Haven’t had one since the 360 so there was a huge backlog of games that became playable. With game pass many of the games I wanted to play were available. Can’t recommend the console highly enough.

Love my my new console! Great gaming quality, no lag, fast start up, and awesome streaming video quality (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.) Microsoft really outdid itself. Just wish the Blu-ray player supported HDR/Dolby Vision too as it does with streaming services, but I’m sure they can add it in the future by software update.

Arrived about when they said and was convenient and easy to set up great package.

Aside from all the extra horsepower the Series X has over the One X, the nice features like support for HDMI-CEC and Quick Resume (in which the system drops you right back where you left off in a game) are the nice quality of life updates that really make this Xbox feel next-gen, even if there are no games specific to the system.

I recommend this over PS5 this time, long time Playstation fan here. The Xbox series x has more backwards compatibility, controls feel better, quiet, fast, better looking lol. Not enough games have come out yet to do real comparisons, but the ultimate game pass is a great feature to try out tons of games while you wait for them.

I love the graphics and how well this Xbox runs, the download speed is very good too (not sure if it's my Internet that suddenly decided to work better but hey maybe it's a perk)

It’s amazing, easy to install even for old people. It has free games to access. It was a Christmas gift for my husband and he is enjoying a lot.

This Xbox Series X is very powerful, fast and reliable. Very easy to set up with mobile phone. Has the ability to play Most Xbox 360 games, OG Xbox games & Xbox One games with enhanced performance. Great with GamePass I recommend you will not be disappointed
