Loads fast and works as expected. Plays most games but there are a few that didn't work from the 360 generation. Not a bad size but wish it worked just as well too lady on the side so it didn't take up as much room. It is kind of an awkward size but better than having two separate systems. Easier to use too.

This console is a worthy successor to the Xbox One. It’s a powerhouse in a compact case and I am very impressed with the overall experience. I love the backwards compatibility system which allows me to plays many of my favorite original Xbox and Xbox 360 games in 4K!

Truly a last minute Christmas gift and to find one in an excellent open box condition. It was already on sale and the open box made me bigger savings!

What can I say about the Series X that hasn't been said, it's an excellent console. The graphics are amazing, it starts games quickly and new updates are done in a flash. It took a few months before we could get one but definitely worth the wait.

Exceptional hardware and a great monthly service provided with a great roster of games! Best Buy employees took car of me very well and was equally excited for me! It’s even built my credit up with the all access two year payment plan! And it keeps me out of trouble >:D

This thing is fast, reliable, and overall such a great gamebox to chill with some awesome Xbox games. Id recommend it and glad i boight it.

LOVE the console have been a xbox guy since I was a kid, great to get back to playing with my friends on xbox . Graphics are amazing on my 2k monitor.

The Xbox was a gift for my nephew and he loves it! Quick response, he love that he loads in to games a lot faster. He is extremely happy with it.

I’m going to give it 5 starts because the console itself is a solid buy. However there are next to no new games to play on it. So I’d encourage people to just wait awhile to purchase it if you already have an Xbox one x. If you have a one S or an OG Xbox one, I say go for it. You’ll find a huge leap on old games.

Love it! The solid state drive is definitely a game changer, the ease to set up using the app is much easier then the PS5. Graphics are incredible and have the option to go quality graphics or quantity meaning less buffering and better game play is nice especially until developers can hone in on the new systems.

This is an amazing machine and if you have a 4k QDOled the picture you can achieve is amazing. Do not hesitate to buy this it is worth every penny.

It’s an Xbox, what’s not to like. The memory is low enough but just add on the expansion eventually and it’s fine.

First off, a pretty chaotic preordering process but very fortunate to have gotten one! Picking up the console was very smooth, so great job with that Best Buy! Simply excellent gaming console! Runs so quiet and loads games ultra fast! Looking forward to seeing what this new generation of gaming will bring! A must buy!

Solid device, packaged well and very nicely. Honestly a much better unboxing experience than the PlayStation 5. Comes with everything you need, Microsoft allows for very easy setup and days transfer using their Xbox app to retain all of your settings. Built solid and looks great, can get up and running very quickly. Load times are great even compared to the Xbox One X. Game pass makes sense an awesome device. Docked a star because of idle issues I was having. Whenever my Xbox went into idle it would hard crash the device. Have to physically turn on the power from the Xbox to get it started again. Decided to make a claim against warranty via Microsoft to fix this issue.

Quiet, fast, and it plays all of my current gen games. Transferring your information over is a breeze. Load times are cut in half in most cases, if not more.. NBA 2K21 looks like a totally different game.. FH4 looks amazing for a 2 year old game. If you have an xbox, you need gamepass! Trust me...it's worth the money.

This Xbox is worthy if 5 stars I’m a PlayStation lifer and if my group of friends switched I wouldn’t be upset the graphics are good the quick resume is also me and game pass is great the only thing Microsoft needs now are some 1st party games that are on sonys level and they might have them

Amongst all the bugs and issues reported, I have fortunately not encountered any. My experience has been great so far. The most obvious upgrade are the load times. It’s unbelievable how much greater the ssd performs over the previous consoles. The new controller is so comfortable. It’s slightly smaller, but I have larger hands and I actually prefer this controller over my elite series 2 when it comes to comfort. My only gripe would be that the UI has no changes when compared to the previous gen. But there were really no problems with the old UI and I’m a big believer in of it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. It’s an obvious upgrade but not life changing. Hence the 4-star review.
