Amongst all the bugs and issues reported, I have fortunately not encountered any. My experience has been great so far. The most obvious upgrade are the load times. It’s unbelievable how much greater the ssd performs over the previous consoles. The new controller is so comfortable. It’s slightly smaller, but I have larger hands and I actually prefer this controller over my elite series 2 when it comes to comfort. My only gripe would be that the UI has no changes when compared to the previous gen. But there were really no problems with the old UI and I’m a big believer in of it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. It’s an obvious upgrade but not life changing. Hence the 4-star review.

XSX is very excellent ever as I played it. It shows a very nice design on console where it can stand up or sideway. It’s very powerful indeed. Controller is pretty amazing because of grip have a nice textual area that helps you hold it very easily while you play any game. I would say two thumbs up for sure.

Love the console, got the All-Access bundle (IMMENSE VALUE). Sadly, I had to use the 1 Year warranty just 5 months after purchasing the product and consistent use. Requesting a service order with Microsoft was quick and easy with a fast turnaround (1 1/2 week).

Great system. Always been an Xbox user and I would recommend due to the quickness and comparable graphics this console offers. Easy to use. Would recommend.

I love that you can stand it up or lay it sideways and the layout of the xbox is just amazing. The quality on the tv is great and overall I am really satisfied with my purchase

This machine is a beast. It runs sooo smoothly. So far the games I’ve played on it look amazing. It’s just so much more fluid than even the Xbox One X.

Exactly what was called for when your child is an honor roll student who earns the right for electronic social recreational activities. I also like how it allows him to communicate with friends and family members he does not see regularly.

I have this console for almost a year now. It's hands down my favorite Xbox console. Fast, powerful, user friendly, and is a killer system if you pair it with Xbox Gamepass Ultimate. If your able to find one in the wild...grab it. You won't regret your purchase.

This system is amazing! 4K 120hz with Dolby Vision. Backwards compatible with most games on the previous consoles. 4K bluray player built into the system. The quick resume feature is really nice! Can upload a game where you left off within seconds. Can’t wait till developers take full advantage of this system!

great system, quick load times, quick power up, graphics are improved but not greatly although they look better because everything just flows better when playing games. The controller just feels better in your hands while playing, I like the textured grips on the back of the controller. Overall a fine system so far.

This is my second Series X. I own the Halo limited edition Series X and 2 series S. Love this console. Its my go to for all things entertainment. I do also have a PS5. I 100% recommend the Series X if anyone is debating to get one.

Haven’t even opened it yet but Best Buy gets five stars for being the only honest retailer with a method to avoid bots getting all the consoles. Utilizing authorization codes is so simple and they are the only ones doing it. BEST BUY HAS EARNED ALL MY ELECTRONIC BUSINESS GOING FORWARD. THANK YOU FOR BEING HONEST.

Love my XBox X. Graphics are great. You may want to buy an external harddrive because of all the free game you can download. Can't wait for GTA 6 to come.

I bought this for my husband and he has been almost non-stop playing it. He loves everything about it aside from the controller battery life being so low.

I have been waiting for the chance to purchase this. I am glad I did. Performs much better then Xbox one. Graphics are GREAT!!!!! Games run much smoother.

Very fast to get back into game play even from shut down, quiet, still a little to warm , even though fan(s) move the air, if you have it well vented should be fine.
