I used to own xbox one s. It is little slow on loading games. But this is amazingly fast and i got it for $429.

Solid device, packaged well and very nicely. Honestly a much better unboxing experience than the PlayStation 5. Comes with everything you need, Microsoft allows for very easy setup and days transfer using their Xbox app to retain all of your settings. Built solid and looks great, can get up and running very quickly. Load times are great even compared to the Xbox One X. Game pass makes sense an awesome device. Docked a star because of idle issues I was having. Whenever my Xbox went into idle it would hard crash the device. Have to physically turn on the power from the Xbox to get it started again. Decided to make a claim against warranty via Microsoft to fix this issue.

My kids love this!! The fact that the games can be download and does not need a physical cd is amazing. And the space it's unbelievable. If my kids love it so do I .

Upgraded from Xbox One S. I immediately noticed the unit is silent compared to its predecessor. Graphics and details are rich & sharp. The revised controller is textured and is a very nice touch for extended gameplay

So far it’s great, it’s really quiet and fast, also Microsoft has been adding a lot of games and developers to there game pass so it’s great

First off, a pretty chaotic preordering process but very fortunate to have gotten one! Picking up the console was very smooth, so great job with that Best Buy! Simply excellent gaming console! Runs so quiet and loads games ultra fast! Looking forward to seeing what this new generation of gaming will bring! A must buy!

I just recently got a Series X to play Starfield after being a PlayStation fan for years. I am so glad I made the switch. This console is much more powerful than the PS5.

Quiet, fast, and it plays all of my current gen games. Transferring your information over is a breeze. Load times are cut in half in most cases, if not more.. NBA 2K21 looks like a totally different game.. FH4 looks amazing for a 2 year old game. If you have an xbox, you need gamepass! Trust me...it's worth the money.

Great product! Runs a little hot after a couple of hours but no real issues.

Amongst all the bugs and issues reported, I have fortunately not encountered any. My experience has been great so far. The most obvious upgrade are the load times. It’s unbelievable how much greater the ssd performs over the previous consoles. The new controller is so comfortable. It’s slightly smaller, but I have larger hands and I actually prefer this controller over my elite series 2 when it comes to comfort. My only gripe would be that the UI has no changes when compared to the previous gen. But there were really no problems with the old UI and I’m a big believer in of it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. It’s an obvious upgrade but not life changing. Hence the 4-star review.

Awesome console. Been an xbox fan and user since the og. This one gets hot. Be ready. Don’t put it where it can’t get airflow. Heard the fan kick on after 30min of use. Had to pull it out of an enclosed space that normally wasn’t an issue for my Series S. Let it breath and its great. Fast snappy UI, graphics incredible. Got the WD Black expansion ssd card to go with.

My son was over the moon about this! It was easy to set up and he was playing in no time. We ordered online and picked up just an hour later. Customer service was very efficient

This system is amazing! 4K 120hz with Dolby Vision. Backwards compatible with most games on the previous consoles. 4K bluray player built into the system. The quick resume feature is really nice! Can upload a game where you left off within seconds. Can’t wait till developers take full advantage of this system!

Took me way too long to get my hands on this thanks too all the bots and flippers. I managed to wait it out and so far I am impressed with it. Runs smoother then my Xbox One and game graphics are a bit better. Happy with my purchase! Still testing it out!

Love My xbox we have the original, the 360, 2 xbox ones, and now the series X. just wish I had waited for the christmas discounts.

The Xbox is a great console one of the best consoles I have ever had it has plenty of storage for any games and it’s great for competitive gaming

Finally got my hands on one. I own all three consoles now (PS5/Switch) and MS has upped their game this new generation. The Xbox One was one of the most disappointing consoles I have owned and MS looks to make sure they right the ship. Game Pass Ultimate is a must too. Future is looking bright!

This Xbox is my first, it's a little larger than I hoped, but it's amazingly powerful. After navigating the family permissions, we were able to finally get the kids reliable access. I do wish the family permission settings were a little easier and at least as much or more on the flexibility.
