First time purchasing a gaming console. So far, I am totally impressed with this console. I would recommend this to family and friends. Only downfall is the battery on the controllers that need to be replaced after few days of usage. Looking into rechargeable batteries to get this issue resolved.

The Series X is a solid console for what it has to offer right now. You are not getting anything different at the moment moving from an Xbox one X. Yes the console is faster moving through games accessing the store and etc. But there is nothing new. The hope is that Microsoft provides solid exclusives down the line but for right now it is a console that you can wait till next year when there is more to offer. If you want the latest and greatest tech then sure get it. Just make sure you have a TV that supports 4K and HDR. The 120 frames per second does not matter much at the moment since it is mostly for shooters. That will change in the future.

The series x is a great machine. I love playing halo in high definition. The console UI changes continue to improve my experience and I love the feel of the controller.

powerful console, i think ps5 did better with changing the UI of the system to make it feel newer, where many xbox one owner moving into the X may be less than impressed with the visual changes - still game and graphic capability are there, quick system, i like the blocky shape for some reason.

Im very happy with my new xbox. When comparing it to my playstation 5 it has a few features i enjoy, Quick resume being one of them. Game pass is another reason. For 16$ a month I can play any game i want for as long as i want. Dont have to dump out 70$ only to realize the game is not what you had hoped for, cant return it because you bought it digitally.

Thank you Best Buy for giving fans the opportunity to buy an Xbox Series X directly from the store. The company didnt have to do that but it shows integrity that the decision was made to circumvent the bots and give real people the ability to purchade one. Thanks again.

Graphics are definitely next level for consoles considering the frame rates you get. Microsoft delivered when it comes down to the Series X. If you plan on purchasing a monitor to use with it make sure the monitor has HDMI 2.0 ports or you will be not able to use anything higher then 1080p @ 60hz

I was fortunate enough to get this during preorders and am loving it so far. The hardware itself if very impressive and with the right TV and game, the difference between this and the Xbox One X is very clear. I've even enjoyed playing some last gen games with improved graphics and virtually no load times. I don't love the grainy texture of the controller but I got an Elite Series 2 controller and fell in love with that. Would have been nice to see more games at release but I can be patient. I still find myself playing it more than the PS5 I finally got after 3 months of trying... partially because of the Elite Series 2 controller. No regrets.

It is fantastic! Great console looks so clean! Love to play it and love how the games look so clear on my tv screen. It’s overall a home run everyone grab one!

Upgraded from the 360 and the different is hard to explain. Quality, picture, processing, all of those tech things, night and day difference.

A great upgrade coming from Xbox One S. With stunning 4K graphics, ultra high FPS, and lightning fast load times, what is there not to love?? Only down side is that this does jot come with Optical Output. So if you have a sound system, you may have to connect directly to your TV

What can I say I got my son one on launch day and my daughter wanted one as well I was able to pick this one up for her and she is so happy. These are quality items and very hard to get at the time that I was able to get it I’m extremely happy with Best Buy.My daughters finally happy
