If you own a Xbox one or Xbox X this is definitely an upgrade. The graphics and the speed this runs at is so much better than the older gens . Definitely worth it . Major advantages over older gens with frames .

Most powerful system on the market. Backwards compatible with every game the previous generation could play. Everything I play has been 4k native and 60fps. Amazing quality. I could never go back. I don't understand how anyone could complain about this beast.

Great next gen system! I know it’s very hard to get your hands on this so I was lucky enough to get it from the best store ever. Thank you bestbuy will be enjoying gaming at 4K smoothly with 60-120fps. Amazing graphics and quick resume working like a doll.

Great console with great graphics, I've had the console connected for about a month and have had no hardware issues. Blends into the background with my home. Remember, we are here to rate the item, not the store or vs other hardware. Highly recommended!

Heard alot of hype but didn't believe it. Was finally able to buy this after not bein in stock and definitely worth the investment. Great graphics and speed and has taken gaming to a new level

Excellent system. I have all the current consoles and each has great features. However with this power (and game pass) I've found myself playing it more than PS5. However that will change once more Sony exclusives are released. Great product.

This is a great console the only issue I have with it is if u want to expand the memory on it you need to buy a proprietary expansion card and they are expensive. You can play limited Xbox, 360, one and the limited series x games there are only 4 or more only series x games. If you have a powerful gaming PC hold on buying this console but if u want it I'm not going to tell you what to do but virtually ever game on Xbox is playable on PC through Xbox PC or steam.

This thing has been so much fun to use and such a large upgrade from the base xbox one. I wouldn't have gotten this console if not for Forza Horizon 5, and I'm very very excited. Thanks, Best Buy, for letting me pick it up two days early.

Received Nov,10th. So far so good. Some glitches but expected on a new console. Having game pass is a need at this point. But that isn’t a bad thing. You can try several new games and any of the X/S enhanced games. Just waiting for more exclusives to drops.

Been looking for an Xbox since it came out and I finally got one. This store is one of the few locations that has them in stock and limits the number of xbox’s that can be bought per person.

I have not had any issues out of mine. Some people are having issues and having to send them back. I think that's oar for the course on launch of a new system, there are bound to be a few lemons in the bunch. That won't make me not buy from Microsoft though!

Amazing product, games play great and doubles as an entertainment center

A powerful, deceptively compact machine. Great value if you subscribe to Game Pass. While it's a bit lacking in next-gen optimized games for the time being, it makes up for it with improving backwards compatible games like no other console.

Got this for my kids and I am enjoying it as much as they are. Quality gaming system with quality games. A win win as always with x-box!
