Fantastic next gen gaming console. Yiu have the ability to play older gen xbox games. Also has a 4k bluray player.

Husband loves he’s new Xbox. Turns on good, can’t hear any noise coming from it. It’s not as big as it looks. So far no complaints good purchase. Curbside pick up was easy and quick.

The Xbox packaging and best buy costumer service was amazing. The Xbox is so fast. and looks great. I wish it came with a longer HDMI cable though and it is a little outdated to still. be forcing AA batteries on a 2020 new generation console so I would recommend getting the $25 play and charge kit. My. number one complaint is definitely how they did not change the interface at all from the last generation. It kinda shows some laziness on Microsofts end and doesn't make the console feel like a new generation. PLEASE MAKE THE INTERFACE DIFFERENT ON SERIES X|S when compared to the xbox one.

Ah yes, the console that changed the face of gaming this gen. While it may not have any first party games at the moment. It will still boost the speeds and specs of the previous gen games. Keep in mind that companies are pushing out visual updates that will say “Series X”

Sad part 8s... i barely get a chance to play it!!! Its a masterpiece. Plus, the backwards compatibility is as good as expected.

It works perfectly and as expected. But there is one issue I keep having and it occurs when my controller runs out of battery. When I switch out the old batteries with fully charged batteries my controller will not reconnect to the Xbox. This happens every time that the batteries die. Turning the Xbox on and off, the controller on and off, and restarting the Xbox do not help. Even using a USB to plug directly into the Xbox doesn't work. The only work around that I have found is that you need to unplug the Xbox and plug it back in. Then the controller will finally reconnect.

This console looks and runs great! Controller feels amazing and games all look good on the console. 4K blu rays run good on this Xbox and the menu navigation is much faster than even the Xbox one X with the new solid state hard drive. I recommend picking up this console!

Great bang for your buck! Very good quality and processor and looks amazing on smart high definition TVs. Very happy with this holiday purchase. Also really appreciate Best Buy and their pick up process - Went very smooth and I was in and out of the store in minutes.

Does exactly what I wanted it to and is actually a lot smaller physically than I expected. Fits right into my home entertainment set up.

Awesome next generation console. The only problem I have is my controller drops connection for some reason on occasion. It says it’s still connected and the game even continues (usually they pause when they don’t detect a controller), but hopefully that gets patched soon.

I always buy Xbox consoles & really never disappoint me. Love the series X with faster load times & great performance upgrades with many older games...can't wait to see future games on this console. Only complaint is we need to own a second Series X for my husband.

I was lucky to get this due to Micrsoft supply issues. This needs to be fixed. Otherwise, this product is great. I recommend if you are fortunate to be able to order one.
