I love playing Halo with my kids and from a performance standpoint the Xbox does very well. I think it comes down to title choice.

Last gen, to me, never felt next gen. Right away I noticed graphic fidelity and full 4k HDR support. Fast, snappy, pretty much how you would want a Xbox to perform for next gen.

I do appreciate that it's smaller than the Playstation 5. Overall, the system works great with what it has to work with. The problem is that there isn't much to work with. Lack of new/exclusive Xbox Series X games make it hard to judge this early. I know over time, this will work out and it will deserve a 5 star rating. Right now, it's a glorified Xbox One X. But still, I'm looking forward to the future.

They just come straight to my black box and then I can play with my little friends until my eyes go dark.

The smart resume feature to have multiple games loaded to play right where you left off is awesome. Very good graphics. Game download times still take forever but everything else is pretty dang fast. Love so far.
